We stay for 5 night and it was a very splendid vacation, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and their service was very good. Shout out to the waiter at the sky bar and the receptionist and the bel man who very often assisted us. Recommended hotel and will return to this hotel in the future. i was staying at the 8 floor, however, early in the morning while I still in deep sleep. I been wake up by noises. Noise from your hotel staffs cleaner that talking loudly at the 8 floor that wake up me up and can't sleep again. Beside at time your staff cleaner will knock at my door for house keeping while I still in bed. Also I encountered 1 day before I checked out there was no house keeping in my room, I wander is it the practise of your hotel ? I think maybe your hotel should have those : Do Not Disturb/Make up room tag that hang at the door like most of the hotel having it.

Great stay. I stayed for 3 nights. Nice breakfast and very helpful staff. Very fast Wi-Fi. The cable tv might be a little tricky at first. Maybe have the bellman show you. I think its wi-fi based. The only way to change channels is to press 22, etc.. They have a channel guide. Plenty of English channels. Close to everything. A 2 minute wait for any Grab moto-taxi. A crazy ride, but most fares under $1 US dollar I tried to give a smile above under service, but it wasn't clicking. Great service.
