３度目の利用です。このホテルは、3つ星エリアと4つ星エリアに分かれています。 3つ星エリアも悪くはないのですが、バーとレストランが4つ星エリアにしかないようです。あとは、若干古く感じます(恐らく先に作られたエリアでは？) ホテル内のレストランを利用しましたが、若干高いですが美味しいです。カクテルが好きなので、カクテルが一緒に注文できるのはポイント高いです。ダクルコスペシャルを頼みましたがなかなかイケます。あと、朝食は美味しいです。ベトナムコーヒーの産地だけあって、あの超濃いい本格的なベトナムコーヒーが飲めます。僕は好きなのでこれもポイント高いです。

This month, I spent one night at the Dakruco, and I must say it was a relaxing time. Although the hotel is older, it is still charming and features a lovely outdoor pool. My room was large and again cozy, with a reasonable rate and was close to a number of restaurants and within walking distance of the Coke Mart. The employees are accommodating and cheerful, so they are sure to please their visitors. With western and Vietnamese meals as well as a buffet breakfast, it was tasty and suitable. I would definitely reserve this place for my upcoming visit.

The hotel overall looks ok but needs some painting and repair. Room and bathroom ok but nothing special. And the very good thing is that a friend lost some money near the elevator and reception. Housekeeping and Security did a very good job of tracing us back and handling it.

The staff was very helpful when recommending an nearby restaurant. The room was spacious with everything you wanted. However, the fridge was not cool. So I decided to eat in the hotel. As I work in hotels, I always enjoy dining outside. There weren't enough chairs in the pool.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The room is spacious and the beds are comfortable, however the furniture looks tired. There are other good and more convenient hotel locations.

If you are going to Buon Mata or take a business trip to visit the coffee fest and meet new suppliers, I can strongly suggest this hotel. Dakruco is the ideal location to enjoy your trip to Buon Mata, with very comfortable rooms, a central location, a welcoming, hard-working, and helpful personnel that speaks English very well, and excellent customer care. I'm very happy to have chosen Dakruco. I particularly want to commend the very spacious rooms, which feature windows and a lovely balcony, the fantastic cleanliness, and the area surrounding the hotel with a variety of flowers and trees. I'll undoubtedly choose Dakruco once more when I return to Buon Mata. Many thanks to the staff and the owner of the Dakruco hotel, and best wishes.

Have a high hope for the place but I went from one surprised to another. The staff is friendly. However, the facility need maintenance and remodeling. The air conditioner is old school, it has no remote control, there is only panel control on the wall to adjust the temperature. DO NOT TRUST PICTURE THEY HAVE ON HERE,

Good mid-range, mid-quality hotel. It could really do with a refurb and the shower leaked a bit, but clean by Vietnam standards. The staff were not as friendly as other hotels I've stayed in (in Saigon, Hua and Hoi An) but still a decent place to stay. Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel and nice room. Only problem I had was room service is listed as 24/7. I called at 9:35pm to have dinner ordered to my room and they took my order. Twenty minutes later I got a call and was told sorry the kitchen closed at 9:30pm so no food was available. No explanation just went without food that evening. Please don’t list 24/7 and then change without notifying guests!

Very good and chic hotel but the breakfast was a bit cold and the staff didn't help us very well to make tourism (bad price estimation, not very good bus station indication...) All the rest was excellent !

Khách sạn gần trung tâm, đi lại thuận tiện. Phòng khách sạn nhỏ nhưng sạch sẽ. Trang thiết bị phòng tắm kém, thoát nước rất chậm. Đồ ăn sáng nghèo nàn. Điều khá thú vị là khi sắp chia tay thành phố Buôn Ma Thuột thì mình phát hiện ngay gần khách sạn có quán cháo gà rất ngon. Mình khá hài lòng cho 4 đêm lưu trú tại đây.

同敷地内に3星、4星の2つのホテルがあり今回は4星に宿泊。此方は建物も新しく部屋も綺麗で設備的には問題ありません。市内からは３ｋｍほど離れていますが、タクシーで５分程度なので全く問題ないでしょう。朝食は麺、卵料理はシェフが調理してくれます。その他10〜15品程度のおかずがバイキングにて楽しめます。ローカル利用が多いと思われますが、価格がちょっと高い為か静かでした。

同名のホテルが同じ敷地内にありますが今回は4星ホテルの方に泊まりました。部屋はまだ新しく設備も問題なし。アメニティーも一通り揃っているので宿泊するのには問題ありません。市内から３ｋｍほど離れていますが移動はタクシーで行った為全く問題ありませんでした。朝食も麺、卵料理はシェフが調理してくれる為問題なしです。
