The location is perfect! Just walk across the lake. And weekend street food started in front of this hotel. Booked a room with sytay view. Even small, there is an elevator, not just stairs. Will definitely be back.

The staff is very friendly and will help you with everything you need and they speak very good english. The rooms are nice, the staff are very nice and can speak english very well. A good place to stay when visiting ha noi.

It was a wonderful threeday stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly and the room was tidy. A hairdryer, tv, small fridge, closet, drawers, and utensils are also present. We intended to remain longer, but when we attempted to approach the receptionist, it was completely booked. They were very kind and inviting. In helping us schedule our trip to halong bay, they assisted us. It is located right in the center of hanoi, which is also incredibly excellent.

We had a great time in hanois old quarter, and when we return, we will stay here again. The location of the de la soie is excellent, it is directly across the street from the lake, with many cafes and restaurants just stepping away. Our staffs friendliness was the best part about our stay. They gave us tips about hanes city, made us reservations for upcoming trips, bought our airline tickets, picked us up at the airport, ordered us taxis, met us with grins each day, etc. Also, the rooms are spotless and cozy.

She gave us many useful advice and spoke excellent english. With the wonderful people we met and an excellent location, our stay was ideal. It is truly energizing experience. Thank you, masmee! This place is highly recommended! A shabby boutique hotel with a rooftop bar located in the center of the old quarter next to the traffic circle and lake. The rooms are small but wellappointed. Tracy, the manager, is an extraordinary woman with extensive knowledge about local tours. She is always very helpful, making our visit relaxing and enjoyable!.

I spent a few nights here. The hotel is conveniently located in the historic district, and the room was cozy and comfortable, even though it lacks egress protection. Excellent service was provided by the staff, who were always willing to assist. Would return.

The rooms are cramped. But the staff and location make up for it. We would choose to stay here whenever we come to hanoi. Mei and Tracy are amazing, they helped us with various tours and transportation bookings at a great price. Highly recommended.

This hotel is truly remarkable. Despite being modest, the room was impeccably furnished and felt like home. The staff members were exceptionally helpful, and i will definitely be returning for another night when ill be back in hanoi for work. Additionally, they offer breathtaking views of the lake from their rooftop.

I would definitely recommend checking out the hotel to future travelers. This is a lovely little hotel in san francisco. Very friendly and helpful staff. Traffic in hanoi is fierce, and even though the motel is right on tasmo road once inside, it is peacefully quiet.

The staff were always happy to help with recommendations, arrange transportation, and answer any questions or concerns. They also have a rooftop where they plan to open scaos, i really enjoy taking in the city views. Great location for insane price, amazing staff. Truly the best accommodation experience ive ever had.
