The best place to stay in the old quarter of hanoi! The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was just the right size for a quick delicious breakfast (western or authentic vietnamese style). The front desk staff and hotel porters were absolutely amazing! Kudos to Julia, Anne, and Phillipe for their suggestions, guidance,and overall great disposition. You definitely helped make our trip super fantastic!.

Apart from that, it was a wonderful stay. Water operated the hotel, unlike other vietnamese hotels. We discovered the porter sleeping in the lobby after leaving at 6.30. The building next door is undergoing renovations, and at 6 am, pneumatic drilling began.

Do not reserve this hotel if you want to sleep well. Additionally, many of the staff members here are not very helpful or kind when you need assistance.

We stopped for tea at their restaurant. The laughter and enthusiasm were infectious. Tea was very good and the general happiness around was invigorating. A place that can put anyone in a good mood. Great place to stay on vacation.

The only good thing is the location. Noisy until midnight, and there is also disco. On weekends, the road is closed, you have to walk from the main road. You can call the hotel bellboy to carry your luggage.

I would suggest this hotel to anyone planning a trip to vietnam. It is situated on the main street in hanoi. They serve breakfast. The rooms are excellent. Additionally, the staff has exhibited good behavior. There are separate tour packages available. Overall, it is satisfactory.

The place is comfortable, funny, and happy. The food is good. Tea, coffee, smoothies, iced cocktails, delicious!. Love events there with live shows and party swimming pool at moon night.

Wonderful place to stay! The staff is friendly and fluent in english. They were available to assist at all hours of the night. I frequently have trouble sleeping, so i would get up not wanting to wake my girlfriend up and go down to the lobby in the middle of nowhere, and they never seem to care that ive been there. Im definitely going back, ill want to take my husband there as well. After telling him everything he needed to know about the hotel and the wonderful trip a trip with my partner was, hopefully able to transport him there when the virus has completely gone.

I give them five stars for a very good place and the staff there are really kind. If youre in hanoi, you must relocate! The cuisine is also delicious, and both the bedrooms and bathrooms are immaculate! If i ever return to hanes, ill definitely go back! Thank you for the wonderful times!.

This place is highly recommended. It is ideal for gatherings of friends or family traveling together. The staff is extremely cheerful, quick to respond, and attentive. Excellent location, roomy and spotless. I will most certainly return on my next visit!.

The location is excellent, the environment is beautiful, and there are many activities available. I highly recommend taking the cruise, it was undoubtedly the highlight of my trip, everyone was very friendly and extremely helpful, i would love to return, gigi greatly assisted us.

The facilities and location are excellent! They also assist you in planning trips around vietnam and organize various group activities throughout the week. If you want easy access to Hanois wellknown attractions, i would suggest staying here. Additionally, the staff is incredibly kind and helpful!.

This was an amazing experience! The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city. On your balcony, you can enjoy early mornings or late nights. The staff was full of wonderful and friendly people who would help you with anything - bookings, recommendations for places to visit, and restaurants. You really feel they care about you! After arriving in vietnam, it was without a doubt the most pleasant welcome we could have asked for! One positive aspect is that there is n music club right next to the hotel that plays loud dance music all night long. However, we requested reserving i changed rooms, but luckily we were given one, so dont hesitate to do the same!.

Before i arrived, ive had some problems where my phone was lost in the grab car. The staff named hai was very friendly and helped me with everything. Ive been to 4 and 5star hotels and have never seen someone work as well, hard and fast as hain.
