The location is fantastic, near the popular DMZ restaurant. Lots of other restaurants and travel agents nearby. Great price for the budget traveller, I got my room for under $20 USD a night. Staff was helpful but some struggled with with their English so we communicated with a translate app. All friendly. It was my second time there (2023 being the first), and it will be my hotel of choice again when I return to Hue.

My girlfriend and I stayed at DMZ for 1 night while passing through Hue on our way to Hanoi. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we were greeted with a small welcome drink. We booked our city tour and taxi to the airport through them at a reasonable price. They let us leave our luggage there the next day as we went on our city tour and our flight wasn't until 630pm. The room was small, but we were expecting that. The only issue was there were some small black flakes coming from the air con unit. Not a lot, but they were land on the bed (white sheets). Great location near everything. Breakfast ok just like all the other free breakfasts we've gotten on our travels (not great, but good enough).

the best $12 room I ever had, Good bed, great breakfast served by the lovely Ngoc, friendliest staff, treated me better than my family. Good location, flat panel TV, Cable TV, free computers, walking distance to everything, What more do you want?

I will always remember my experience at this hotel because of the excellent service. When I first came to this hotel, the taxi driver ripped me off by taking moeny out of my hands without returning me his change. I was stunned that when I cam to the hotel lobby, and told the the owner of the hotel of my pligt, he told me, "I will take care of it." Threee days later he finds the taxi driver and arranges a meeting. I decide to give the taxi driver a tip ($5 U.S. dollars) to make peace when the owner (Mr. Lee) tells me, "I will drive you to your next destination, Hoi An free of charge." Everyone is happy, The taxi driver gets a tip, and I get VIP teatment to my next destination. Mr. Lee drives to Hoi An upon checking out three days later speaking fluent English. He is honest and willing to help you at all the times. This can also be said for the manger (who also speak fluent Engish) and the hotel receptionist (who speak just basic English). All around, this is one of my favorite places to stay in Vietnam.

Great location, hotel, service.... Could not complain about anything. The breakfast was really good. We had Ngoc serving us and helping us with booking trips, excellent service. They have a bar and restuarant round the corner which you can get 10% off. We never went to the restaurant, but went to the bar and got 10% off our evening drinks.

I've stayed for 1 night at the DMZ Hotel in Hue for business. I had a free upgrade to deluxe room because I booked this hotel by Expedia. The hotel itself is situated in a great location with many great cafes and bars nearby (and Perfume river too). The rooms are spacious and very comfortable.The staffs are friendly and courteous at all times.DMZ corp has DMZ hotel, DMZ bar, Little Italy restaurant and DMZ travel so when I lived there, I had many discount prices from other members. I had many a long conversation with a customer and service care representative at the hotel. All in all a great experience and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and inexpensive place to stay while in Hue together with friendly and enthusiastic staff who go out of their way to make your stay more enjoyable. I will come back more often and I will be there next time.
