The good thing is that it is in a decent location close to shops and the beach, the bed was really comfortable and the ac was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, and dinner was pretty good. They are renovating the steps and building facade. The tubshower was rusty and disgusting, without a shower curtain! After 2 showers, the whole bathroom was covered. The hot water didn't last very long, but the water pressure was great. There was too much food! Too much waste. We had to ask the server to stop bringing food because it was a set menu part of the tour that we didn't get to choose. Breakfast is not great. Eggs and toast or noodles. The coffee was terrible. Our stay was part of a tour, so we didn't have a choice of where we stayed. It was fine, but I would not come here by choice! A few rents and some character would do it some good.

This hotel is in a rather modern structure. It may be pretty lovely if it was reconstructed properly. On the positive side, the lifts are sturdy, and the bedrooms are roomy and cozy. However, the bathrooms need a complete makeover. The shower over the bath had no curtain, and the bathtub itself had rust on the side. A long flight of stairs leads to the lobby, which shares the space with a bank counter. It has no character at all. Someone with experience of modern hotel accommodation could and should clean this place out.

I was extremely pleasantly pleased to have chosen this drago ok hotel. I am not sure if the very unfavorable reviews here might be written by rivals seeking to break into this property for their own benefit. If they only have one review, they cannot take them seriously. Anyway, where to stay on Cat Ba Island? Remember that we are in Vietnam, where the bikes and automobiles are quite noisy all night long hooping at each other! So it's a very important factor in making a hotel reservation, as it is better to be located as far from busy streets and as high as possible in the structure! Thus, despite having searched Googled and determined what my favorite spots are, I came to Cat Ba Island without having a hotel reservation in advance. However, I went there in person on the bay promenade to make sure I could see the views and hotels right away! In addition, the drago ok hotel was excellent, right at the end of the beach strip, but only a 45-minute stroll from the bus and center. For the most favorable position for the sunset view from your balcony, I had it from my balcony room 1203, which had a view of the ocean. Simple but clean apartment with a shower, fridge, and a wonderful balcony. I was so moved that they made it for me! Then, dinner can be ordered, and it was
