The hotel is in the center of the park and offers 247 access to the hot springs. The room is nice, the bed was comfortable, however as others have said, the mini fridge isn't very cold. The bathroom water supply comes directly from the hot springs, so it takes around 15 minutes to warm up in the mornings. The breakfast buffet is ok for one day but we didn't enjoy the food and even got sick from it. Bring your snacks because the park is quite isolated.

The hotel room is great, the beds and the bathroom are very comfortable and clean. The hotel is clearly not intended for foreign nationals looking for a romantic hot spring weekend away. Children were running around and yelling at the hotel until the early hours of the morning. The check-in staff barely spoke English to assist us, luckily we are used to Asia and can handle that, but other visitors would be very disappointed and frustrated with the level of service. The park is marketed strongly to foreign tourists, but the staff can hardly cater to locals. Overall we made the best of our stay and enjoyed all the amenities the park has to offer. Very must see when visiting Da Hang, just be sure to bring a bit of patience and understanding.

When my husband suggested we visit a hotel in the mountains with average reviews and relatively unknown foreigners, it was pretty worrying, so we brought plenty of our own toiletries and food. However, I was pleasantly surprised at the relatively good hotel service concierge lady called us twice to confirm our arrival transportation hotel staff greeted us at the park entrance, prepared a buggy to take us to the hotel a few hundred meters in from the parks entrance polite staff greeted us everywhere in the park and asked if we needed any assistance room clean and had warm spring water flowing into the full marble bathtub toiletries were good, better than those we brought from our previous hotel warmed toilet seat and bidet available balcony with a good view of the park what we enjoyed is that there aren't many visitors, so it's a pretty good time to enjoy all 15 hot spring pools mud baths warm spring pools all by yourself There is only one restaurant and without many visitors, theyve switched to an a la carte buffet breakfast, which has many options and generous portions. Western food is available, but the standard is not totally western, so I would probably stick to omelettes, hash browns and pastas if you need to order western. Their local food is pretty decent. What an incredible surprise! In the mountains off Da Hang, surrounded by nature, cooler but still pleasant, and the most amazing hot springs weve used outside of Japan. The outdoor baths are quite large and have different temperatures, so it's great for kids too. The indoor baths even have a small garden. Our toddler was scared of the water park, so I can't say much about that, but he loved dinosaur park, with very believable dinosaurs with movement and noise. We went for 2 days, but extended our stay to 4 days. And well be back!.
