This is my first time staying with Emerald. It was a good experience. Love the atmosphere there, the receptionist is very welcoming. Room is nice, clean and organized. Buffet breakfast have plenty of seating, different type of dishes from all over the world. Overall, its a good experience and good place to stay in Ho Tram.

The hotel prepared a very special decoration for my birthday, early checkin at 2:30pm. I truly appreciate it. The private beach is good, the pool is awesome! The other services are also super interesting ( kayak, bicycle…). One constructive feedback : the housekeeper forgot to clear the shampoo of previous guests.

This was an excellent place to get away in peace. The rooms were quite comfortable, the staff very friendly and accommodating, and the overall atmosphere was perfect. Will definitely be staying here again!

• Biaya tambahan sebesar 250.000 VNĐ net/anakanak/hari berlaku untuk anak usia 6 hingga 11 tahun (menggunakan tempat tidur yang sudah tersedia).
• Anak usia 12 tahun ke atas akan dihitung sebagai tamu dewasa.
• Biaya tambahan untuk tamu ketiga adalah 850.000 VNĐ/tamu/malam, sudah termasuk sarapan.
• Biaya tambahan akan ditagihkan langsung di resort saat check-in.
• Waktu check-in di resort adalah pukul 15:00 dan waktu check-out adalah pukul 12:00.
• Pembatalan tanpa hadir akan dikenakan denda 100%.
• Mohon melakukan deposit untuk biaya tak terduga sebesar 1.000.000 VNĐ nett per kamar per malam saat check-in untuk menutupi biaya atau kerusakan selama masa menginap, yang akan dikembalikan saat check-out.
• Tidak diperbolehkan merokok di semua kamar.
• Tidak diperbolehkan memasak di dalam maupun di luar villa, mohon tidak membawa makanan laut dan makanan beraroma tajam ke dalam kamar.
• Hewan peliharaan tidak diperbolehkan.
• Tamu wajib menunjukkan identitas diri dengan foto saat check-in:
