My stay at the Empress Hotel was really good. The staff were so kind, friendly and helpful. They were informative of where to find places and made my stay very relaxing. My bedroom and ensuite were lovely and had everything I could possibly need. The breakfast room was bright and welcoming and the meal was perfect. On my last day there was a huge downpour and I got extremely wet on my way back for my luggage, Although I had checked out at noon, the staff let me use a small cloakroom to change out of my very wet clothes before leaving for the airport and my flight home to New Zealand. I can thoroughly recommend the Empress Hotel and will certainly be staying there again when I return to Vietnam in the New Year.

lovely new hotel, great location, super great service, awesome breakfast, helpful and so nice staff. matter of fact my stay felt more like 5 star hotel stay than most of my 5 star Hotels I stayed. you get moneys worth and way more. thanx millions for the staff. hope to see u again.

Stayed at this hotel about 20 times in the past 3 years...everytime, I feel secure, and the location is close to everywhere, anywhere! New cafe opened on the 1st floor (ground floor) and there's a Family Mart (like Circle K) along with bank about 20 yards from the hotel! Staff are friendly!

Considers, reception and management staff as well as the cleaning staff all speak English and were able to provide information and helpful advice. Junior reception staff spoke excellent English and very welcoming. A wonderful experience. The Empress Hotel is a stand out among the moderately priced hotels.

Arrived a day early (about 7:45 am). Asked if I could go on a certain tour (room wouldn't be available till about noon),they said"yes, they would make the arrangements". They would store my luggage. Got back from the tour about 2:30p. Went on another local tour. They said I could check in later. Checked in about 7:00p. Staff was excellent.

Empress Hotel in Saigon is a very good choice. We didn´t pay very much at all. The staff was very, very helpful. The rooms were clean and nice. The location is also very good. You have walking distance to many sight, for example Behn Than Market. If I´d go back to Saigon, I´d surely stay at the Empress again.

Sehr gute Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig in 15 bis 30 min zu erreichen. Zentral aber in einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße gelegen.

Nice and quiet but still within walking distance to all the night life. Staff are all lovely - we liked the hotel so much we extended our stay twice. Only one complaint - the WiFi is slow and unreliable.
