The whole apartment is for you, NO SHARE, NO CURFEW. But don't bring unbooked people home without asking the host first because I have to inform our building management and local authorities in advance.

1. NOT-INCLUDED ITEMS: Breakfast, lunch, dinner and most food items. If you want to cook at the apartment, please shop for your own food available just downstairs the building. Please note that no durian fruit allowed on the premises and no strong smell cooking.

2. CHECK IN: after 2:00PM; CHECK OUT: before 11:00AM. However, check in/out time is flexible and depends on calendar availability. Please let me know in advance.

3. ONLY REGISTERED GUESTS ARE ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT. According to local law, we must register our Agoda guests with the building management & local authorities. The hosts and building management have the right to turn away unregistered guests at any time and by any the means. STRICTLY NO OVERNIGHT GUESTS.

4. Additional guest that is not prior booked will be an additional $10. The standard cost for an additional over night guest when booked is only $5. Please inform me before bringing more people. Extra cleaning: 10$. By law, the host do need to receive a copy of the passport of all the people that will stay in the apartment. This is for safety reasons.

5. SMOKE AND DAMAGED ITEMS: $100 fine, or applicable costs if more, if we find smoking smell or damaged items in the apartment.

6. NO DRUGS and NO PROSTITUTION.

7. Make sure you have Agoda apps installed in your phone and that you have the notifications turned on. This will be the way we contact each other. Please read the house rules carefully and agree before booking. Please kindly let us know if you have any further questions.
