The thing about this Hotel that I appreciated the most was the staff. They all went above & beyond for me, my partner, and friends during our stay. They were extremely accommodating to our specific needs of the trip. Arranging taxis, tours, and syncing up our booking with our friends etc. Viet was extremely welcoming and informative during our entire stay. He gave tons of amazing recommendations for food and sites to see. The rooms were extremely clean and cozy. The breakfast and coffee served here was also awesome! The banana pancakes are a must try! I will definitely be returning to Finnegans hotel when I return to Hanoi!

This is a wonderful family owned hotel. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. He helped me easily book a car to the airport and at an incredibly reasonable price, no rip offs here! They also offered to print out my boarding pass (something I didn’t even think to ask.) The staff was always so friendly through my whole stay and the rooms were comfortable and clean! My only complaint would be, certain sides of the hotel boarder with the hostel next door so if you are a light sleeper it could be a problem. Just be sure to ask for a quieter room and you’ll be golden! I will definitely be returning on my next visit to Hanoi! :)

I was so happy to be there. Especially staff was so kind and nice. Although it was little noisy around my room, but not so much to bother my sleeping. The best thing here is hotel location which is in center of many entertainments.

일단 하노이에서 가성비가 좋은것 같아요. 객실도 깨끗하고 엘리베이터도 있고, 특히 전 흡연자인데 방에 작은 테라스가 있고 거기 작은 테이블이랑 의자가 있어서 흡연하기 좋더라구요. 그리고 주변에 필요한 시설들은 다 있는것 같아요. 비록 시내에서는 좀 멀고, 조금 외지긴 하지만요. 다만 수건을 바스타올 2장만 주네요. 일반 세면타올은 주지 않더군요. 그리고 밤이되면 주변에 노상술집이 많은지 좀 늦게까지 시끄럽습니다. 그것 빼곤 다 좋았어요.

The manager was extremely helpful. He gave me a map and great suggestions of where to eat in the city. The hotel is in an exciting area with lots of food, bars and clubs. I would strongly recommend staying here, especially if you like to party at night. It’s cheap too.

I have never felt safer or more comfortable or better taken care of in any hotel. Just exceptional in every way. The staff are lovely and kind and super helpful, and the hotel and associated travel agency are run like clockwork. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an outstanding hotel experience -- just like home only better than home!

Hôtel staff are incredibly helpful, we arranged our Halong Bay and Sapa tours through the hotel and had the best experience possible, stay in a Homestay for a unique Vietnamese experience ! 굉장히 만족 스러웠습니다. 약간 시끄럽기는 하지만 그게 호안끼엠의 분위기라 불만스럽지 않았고, 창문을 닫으면 조용했습니다. 또한 작은 테라스가 있어 밤에 호안기엠의 분위기를 숙소에서 단둘이 즐길수 있었습니다. 그리고 조식은 무난했으며, 직원들의 서비스는 매우 친절했습니다. 다음에 꼭 다시 이용할 의향이 있습니다.

A l'arrivée, déjà le personnel nous attendait et la chambre était bien préparée. un court instant a suffit pour comprendre que nous étions comme a la maison. Grande chambre avec balcon, donnant sur la rue , animé mais agréable. Petite table et deux chaises pour prendre l'apéro. La douche est la meilleure que nous ayons eu de tout notre séjour d'un mois au Vietnam. Les déjeuners étaient toujours superbement offerts, avec quantité de fruits frais (5 sortes), excellent café, œufs, crêpes, céréales, le tout préparé pour nous quotidiennement, et amicalement. Le personnel était charmant.La chambre bien nettoyée et café et thé pouvaient se prendre sur place. Toutes les commodités étaient lâ. Petit frigo et air climatisé en parfait état de marche. Donc, un petit trésor a partager avec vos amis !!!!
