•Until further notice, the following services are suspended and will remain closed: Korean Jjimjilbang sauna, SEVA Spa & Beauty Destination, Karaoke, VR Game Park, Kids Club, Gym, Fitness & Yoga, Beach Club.

At the present time, Due to the complicated development of the Covid-19 epidemic, the Resort received an official letter from Vinh Phuc Province directing that Resorts are only allowed to welcome guests living and working in Vinh Phuc province. So, partners and customers, please stay informed and proactive in scheduling for the booking.
- Customers please bring ID card/company documents to confirm living, working in Vinh Phuc/vaccination against covid-19 certification/ the covid-19 testing within 5 days

CHECK IN POLICY:

Special: Test the guests before coming to check in because the number of guests checking in during the holidays at the resort is very crowded, guests take the initiative to test first and bring the results, avoiding the case of waiting too long at the gate.

•Must have 2 doses of vaccines Covid ( the 2nd one must be over 14 days) /Certification from hospital in 6months for recovered patient.
•Negative test of covid in 72 hours
•Kids from 6-18 years olds : Negative test of covid in 72 hours
•Guest from level 4 zone : do not accept
NOTICE: Resort will not accept the guest who do not have enough above condition. Guests must follow 5K principle during all staying time and must follow resort’s regulation in Covid prevention.
