Kami sangat menghargai perhatian dan simpati dari resepsionis Trang dan Hang. Mereka adalah orang-orang hebat yang menciptakan suasana hotel ini. Hotel ini terletak di tengah, dekat dengan tempat-tempat wisata terpenting. Sarapannya enak (baik prasmanan maupun panas, Anda dapat memilih hidangan panas dari menu, misalnya pancake atau telur). The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had to change our booking to check out a night early and we had paid a nonrefundable rate. We didnt expect or ask for a refund, but as compensation they waived our airport pickup fee. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is great.

I would give 10/10 for the best reception service ive ever had. We received assistance with laundry. Recommendations for traveling and exchange of money. We had two wonderful, twoday excursions organized by them. The two receptionists we encountered spoke excellent english. They were courteous and welcoming. They went above and beyond by calling various locations and services for us, such as reserved tickets to the water pupet theater. The room was tidy and roomy. The air conditioning worked without any issues. The room was always equipped with water and a tee. On the other side of the street, there is a bar, but the sound insulation is excellent. The breakfast was excellent. Nothing more could have been asked for. The location is excellent. The hotel is situated in the heart of the city, but for some reason, the little street it is on is relatively quiet and lacks significant traffic.

The atmosphere, staff, and hospitality were very good. The rooms were very clean. The staff were very attentive and always ready to help us. They were very polite and helpful. Please visit if you are looking for a decent price and clean hotel. Highly recommended.

Hotel yang bagus, bersih dan berlokasi strategis. Yang terpenting, semua staf baik dan ramah. Suami saya sulit makan tetapi dengan bantuan semua staf, dia bisa menghabiskan waktu dengan nyaman. Saya pasti ingin kembali ke Hanoi dan menginap di hotel ini!

I had the pleasure of staying at the golden legend boutique hotel in vietnam, and i cannot express how wonderful the staff is. Despite our early check out and latenight flight, the staff graciously allowed us to store our luggage in the hotel lobby, freshen up, and even rest in the reception waiting area. One of the teams most notable members was the receptionist, moon, who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. She was not only friendly and helpful, but she treated my baby as if she was part of her own family. Moons warmth and kindness were incredibly heartwarming. We had many questions about local attractions throughout our stay, and the staff, including moon, always did their best to assist us, even overcoming language barriers by using their mobile phones and maps to guide us. Their dedication to ensuring we had a wonderful experience was evident. The level of care and kindness shown by moon, our exceptional receptionist, touched me deeply. She even insisted on leaving my baby at the hotel reception on one occasion while she personally looked after her, but i never did. However, her willingness to go above and beyond exemplifies the exceptional service at the golden legend boutique hotel. I must also mention the morning shift staff member, tracie. She consistently ensured that we had a good nights sleep and enjoyed our breakfast. It was clear that all the staff at the golden legend boutique hotel were not only friendly and helpful but also extremely respectful, making our stay truly memorable. Their exceptional service elevated our trip and left a lasting positive impression. Thank you to the entire team for their exceptional hospitality!.

The golden legend boutique hotel is perfectly situated in a small quiet street in the busy old quarter. Within a short distance of the hotel, there are several excellent cafes. Ph and banh mi are also nearby. Our family of four found the interconnecting rooms ideal. The beds are extremely comfortable. We were very impressed with the welcoming and friendly staff who made our stay in hanoi even more enjoyable. Thank you, trang and hang.

Stafnya sangat ramah dan berbicara bahasa Inggris. We are satisfied with our stay here. The junior suite has a nice view of the street, and the street is not too noisy at night. The room is spacious, allowing us to open two of our large luggage. The staff is very nice and friendly. Breakfast is served at their other hotel on the same street, very short distance from this hotel, and it is very good. Everything we want to see is within walking distance of this hotel. I would stay here again.

Kamarnya bersih, rapi dan luas. Lokasi yang bagus untuk mengunjungi kota. 5 Menit dari pusat dan di luar "delirium" sangat bagus. Staf berbicara bahasa Inggris dengan sangat baik dan memberi kami petunjuk dan mengatur berbagai perjalanan (seperti Ha long bay). Sarapan di lantai 11 menghadap ke kota. Kami akan kembali.

I highly recommend this hotel! Stay here! The staff was very nice. Breakfast at the next door hotel was great. The location is great, off a side street so not too noisy. There are two rooms per floor, so if you get a double room, they adjoin.
