We were met by Doris on arrival who was the best. After making sure we had everything we needed she organised transport to the airport for us in the early hours of the morning and there was even a breakfast box for us to take as we left before breaky started. Doris shared her knowledge of local beach clubs and directed us to the Vitcom mall for a spot of lunch and shopping Da Nang style. The pool area was great as was the location.

Our stay at the Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel was absolutely incredible. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and taken care of. A special thank you to Bobby, who made our trip so memorable with his kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. He truly treated us like family. Every member of the staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with recommendations, transportation, or anything else we needed. The hotel itself was beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting Vietnam, highly recommend!! Daily breakfast is delicious and included!

Other than not having a conditioner, everything was perfect. Staff was so nice and kind. Breakfast was included and had many choices. A perfect location, only a block from the beach. Very quiet. I highly recommend this hotel

Breakfast was great. Good location, just across the beach; very near restaurants, stores, and landmarks etc. Great breakfast buffet! Nice rooftop pool which the kods enjoyed. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Availed of the free shuttle to the airport also. Hassle-free with the arrangements. I just don’t like the motion-sensor lights in the hallways. I know it is energy-saving but it gives the hotel an eerie atmosphere especially it is not a modern-looking one. Overall, I highly recommend Golden Lotus Luxury Hotel!

We used this as our base in central Vietnam. Lovely hotel that’s a short walking distance to My Khe beach (2-3 min) without the beachfront prices. There are many restaurants supermarkets etc nearby. Staff were always super friendly and helpful even loaning me a watch charger. Overall excellent value and would definitely stay again.

Absolutely love this place. Great located hotel surrounded by restaurants, convenience stores, pharmacies, massage shops, everything you need to enjoy your trip. Friendly and helpful staff and the hotel has its own taxi service which is cheap and convenient. Amazing pool on the roof with bar serving food & cheap drinks. Free afternoon tea everyday so you can have a coffee, cake and some fruit while topping up your tan. Rooms are clean & comfortable and serviced daily. Beach is literally across the street.
