If youre on a tight budget, id strongly suggest this hotel. I was given a room on the top floor, but it lacked an elevator. That was the only issue i encountered, but aside from that, everything else was excellent. The room has an amazing view of the park, and the beds and walls were clean and wellmaintained. The air conditioning functioned perfectly. I must express my gratitude to the wonderful woman at the front desk, who has been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my entire stay. She organized my daylong trips to ninh bien and ha long bay, and both experiences have been fantastic. She also provided recommendations for places to explore the city of hanoi. At such a reasonable price, this location is right in the old town. Many activities are within walking distance, so you could easily spend the entire day exploring the city on foot.

Hotelnya kecil, kamarnya luas, tapi kamar mandinya tidak ada exhaust fan. Tangganya kecil dan curam. Murah dan tepat di tengah, dengan parkir berbayar di Istana Anak di seberang. Karyawannya antusias dan lucu.

Manajernya ramah dan sangat membantu. Dia memesankan kami pengalaman menginap yang tak terlupakan di Teluk Halong, menawarkan layanan binatu dan banyak hal lainnya. Ketika pacar saya sakit, dia mengkhawatirkannya dan menawarkan pisang dan obat-obatan. Hotel ini memang sederhana, tetapi ideal untuk mereka yang memiliki anggaran terbatas. Lokasinya sangat strategis, hanya sepelemparan batu dari Kawasan Kota Tua.

The hotel offers excellent value for the price, and the receptionist is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was the small bathroom, which smelled and was overcrowded. Despite this inconvenience, everything else was satisfactory, and the service was excellent!.

Pengalaman menginap yang luar biasa di Hostel ini, manajer banyak membantu kami. Kami tiba dengan sepeda dan dia membantu kami menyatukan kembali dan menyimpannya. Namun, asrama tidak memiliki ruang bersama! Kami merekomendasikannya!

I cannot say enough good things about this hostel. The staff here were very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean. And then, the location was perfect for us. After that, the service that was provided there was a laundry service, which was very helpful. Subsequently, you can take the bus to the French Quarter or the rest of Hani from the hostel staff which is right in the heart of the old city. Subsequently, the cleanliness of the shared bathroom here was maintained daily and there was very good food, there are also bus stops near the french quarter as well.

The location is very strategic because it is near the grocers and the shopping district. The employees here were very helpful. They even provided transportation to the airport.

We only stayed 1 night in this hostel, but it's great, clean, tidy, and located near the shopping street. The staff is very friendly and nice, and the staff, especially the receptionist, is very kind and helpful. I will come back here again, and recommend it 100.

Staying 1 night at a family room, staffs was very welcoming and she let us to store our luggage before waiting for check-in time at 2pm, Room at 3rd floor with no elevator, but the staffs helped us to bring our luggage up. The room was quite small for a family room, only 1 or 2 luggae can be opened at the same time. At first the hot shower was ok, but after 1 shower it is no longer hot until we checked-out. The location is at the heart of Old Quarter, close to everything by walking. Anyways, what do you expect from a $35 family room?

It was disappointing that you couldn’t contact the hotel through Expedia, messenger, WhatsApp. I tried all of these methods to ask questions before arrival but they wouldn’t respond. This is a cheap hotel, but communication is none existent. Wouldn’t recommend hotel.
