The lobby area smelled. The room was clean and the bathroom was nice. There is a rooftop pool and gym. Checkin was sloppy. In t hor location for the beach and local area. Unfortunately not for us. Staff were not very helpful. Breakfast was fine but not suitable for our needs.

Thank you very much to the hotel for your hospitality. I loved it very well, the little things were thought out, good bed linen, aroma diffusers are placed everywhere, there is a pleasant citrus fruit scent in the elevators, everything is clean, not stains on the mirrors and the maids change towels on time and add consumables. Breakfast is an excellent choice. We would like to express our gratitude to both the chefs and restaurant, all of which were deliciously prepared. The hotel is fantastic, and if we come back to nha trang again, we will stay here again.

Overall, i am very satisfied and will return when ive come to nha trang. The hotels location is excellent. You can see the sea from both the side and the top floor, even though it doesnt face directly to the ocean. There are various dining options and shopping downstairs. It is conveniently located in all directions. Both the city center and night market are within walking distance. Throughout my stay, the hotel was kept clean. Water was promptly replenished, and it was very timely. I regret that despite being on leng, instead, it looked quite lovely and startling. This ratio of price to value is unbeatable. They are all greeted with a smile, but the front desk does not speak english. Also excellent is the spa at the motel. Since ill not be able to communicate in english because he doesn't speak any english either. A child breaks smashed utensils during breakfast, which is reasonable, costs 53,000.

The hotel offers excellent value for the money. The staff is exceptionally professional and always willing to assist. Their facilities are excellent, and their spa offers exceptional service at a reasonable price. While the rooftops 360degree pool is pleasant, it is unfortunate that despite having positioned idly, obstructing the view of the sea. On the other hand, even though we had posted notwithstanding the do not disturb sign, housekeeping unintentionally irritated us by knocking in the morning. Additionally, the shower drain was not properly draining, leading to water to overflowing. Overall, in my opinion, this hotel is dependable for your stay in ngha trawangan.

The location is very convenient and easy to find. There are many restaurants and spas around. The front desk can speak english and the service attitude is excellent. They also helped me book a bus. This room is better than expected, neat, clean and comfortable, and there is an outdoor swimming pool on the top floor. I will make i reservation when ill be in nha trang in the future.

The accommodation was satisfactory. Despite the room having an unpleasant smell, i was able to request a different one. However, there were limited breakfast options available. The location is convenient, with the beach just stepping away from the hotel. Swimming on the rooftop offers enchanting views of the ocean, adding to the overall experience. Additionally, the staff members were exceptionally polite and friendly throughout our stay. Overall, my stay was enjoyable.

Grande tourane is a contemporary and friendly slice of luxury and friendliness right in the middle of the nha trang beach district. The hotel is brand new in every way, perfectly clean with the friendliest staff, always ready to chat and offer assistance on anything you need. Amazing bedding, rooms views and pool.

I had a wonderful time here. The path leading to the basement for cars is somewhat curvilinear. Everything appears to be brand new, and the hotel is spotless. I actually spent an additional night here because i was given enthusiastic advice from salesman, willy thong. William once more extends my stay by one night to utilize the hotels dining and lodging options. Many thanks for the hospitality of the motel and William. Will return.

Its a pleasant experience staying at the hotel, especially the girls at reception are very welcoming and friendly. Our room is spacious and clean. Very convenient location. Will definitely come back when visiting next time. Gentleman Tran anh quoc is very supportive.

Clean and comfortable! I believe i have visited Gran touran six times! The breakfast has been upgraded, hehe. Its nice because there is just something delicious to eat. The bread is delicious, and the rice noodles are perfect! Without even a single bug, my sleep was excellent!.

The facilities are satisfactory and well worth the price paid. The service provided is consistently high and satisfactory. Situated in the center of the city, there is an old chengdu sichuan restaurant downstairs, which is quite convenient. Overall, i am satisfied with my stay. Although ive requested more, im not particularly interested in spending that much money at all. Satisfied.
