ホイアンのメイン通りからは20分くらい離れているが、部屋は広くてWi-Fiもしっかりしている。スタッフの対応も良く、笑顔も素晴らしい。毎日のベットメイキングにミネラルウォーターの補充アメニティの補充もしてくれる。満足です。

Excellent value for the cost. The hotel staff are very cordial and helpful. Breakfast offers a good variety so everyone can find something they enjoy to eat. Rooms are spacious and clean. Beds are western style, but medium-firm. We used the free bikes ride to the beach, which was fun and easy. Old town was about an 18 minute walk. Nearby restaurants were very good. Super close to a mini market too.

I love everything about this hotel. The owner himself greets his guests everyday and checks on them. Small town hospitality is on full display here. Breakfast is simply amazing, they are very generous with their options. Ladies who prepare the food and also the ladies at the front desk are very sweet and kind. I highly recommend this hotel.

Ontbijt was voldoende en de kamer werd elke dag gereinigd. Het balkon was groot en goed uitzicht op het zwembad. De host en het personeel waren uitermate vriendelijk en zeer bereidwillig. Ik zou daar zeker willen nogmasls willen verblijven.

In short. You get what you pay for, don't go expecting a very high standard of service standards or breakfast choices. It's the same old stuff daily. Language is barrier even with translation. Another point to take note, is that they don't even have Credit card payment options. We were told to pay for tours using hard cash, which is not an ideal option, especially if you plan to use cash ONLY for souvenirs, food, shopping at stalls or shops that use only cash.

Dette er et helt fantastisk hotel. Der var en rigtig behagelig swimmingpool, fantastisk morgenmad, fine værelser som blev gjort rene hver dag og sådan et venligt og behjælpeligt personale. Det tog os 15 min. at gå til Hoi An market. Vi lånte cykler gratis på hotellet og cyklede til den lækre sandstrand An Bang stranden, som tog ca. 15 min. Jeg giver Green Apple Hotel i Hoi An mine varmeste anbefalinger.

The service at the hotel is amazing. I have a wonderful stay at the hotel. There were a couple issues at the room but they addressed it quickly. I will definitely stay in this hotel again. The room is big and nice balcony to relax after a long day. Breakfast has a lot of options. Hotel location is about 10-15 minutes walk from old town. I like it as it's very quiet at night. The hotel neighbourhood is very nice too, many shops, restaurants and mini-marts around. Very safe to walk around. There is free bike to use. I used it for 3 days and bike everywhere. Be aware that some bikes are not in good condition. You might want to check it before leaving the hotel. I ran into an issue on the last day. The paddle broke off while I was biking around. You can call the hotel or find a motorbike shop nearby to fix it. I have it fixed at a bike shop and bike back to hotel okay. Hotel also can arrange tour and book transportation too. They booked a car for me to go to Da Nang. It's cheaper than Grab.

Out Family of 5 loved this place. The room was really nice and clean. Very modern and calm. We had a nice balcony with furniture. Staff is super nice and helpfull. Good breakfast buffet. We ate on the porch and it was really nice

Stayed 2 nights at this hotel. Hotel receptionist was informative and explain to us how to travel around this area with a map. They also recommend nearby food for us to try too. There is a vegetarian restaurant nearby with cooking class. Also provide bicycle for us to cycle around the area for free but noted that one of the aft wheel is wobbly when we cycle so it’s best to check before u cycle off. There are many convenience store nearby too. Definitely will stay here again if we come back to Hoi An again.

Our 6 night stay at The Green Apple was very nice. The hotel is quiet and quaint, tucked away from the noise of Old Town Hoi An. The staff was wonderful and so helpful with everything. We were able to walk to Old Town and when we were tired or hot, we just got a quick taxi ride. We were able to book 2 short tours through the front desk: one was a cooking class and the other was a Vespa ride through the countryside. Excellent! Green Apple handled all of the arrangements and details. They also booked a taxi ride to the airport when we needed to leave. If we are ever in Hoi An again, this is where we will stay!

J’avais demandé une chambre tranquille avec deux lits à l’étage supérieur. La chambre du cinquième étage (#502) qui donne sur la rue, est propre et les lits sont confortables. Par ailleurs, la chambre manque un peu de commodité et de rangement. L’ajout d’une chaise pour le petit bureau, d’une petite table et de chaises, d’une poubelle dans la chambre, de papier mouchoir et d’un support pour le papier hygiénique bonifierait la prestation. La piscine semble manquer d’entretien, l’eau est brouillée. Le coffret de sûreté ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, l’hotelier a régler la situation très rapidement 👍. L’hotel est propre et très bien situé. Le personnel est très sympathique, serviable et accueillant. Le déjeuner buffet est très bien. Le rapport qualité prix est excellent.

We had a lovely stay at the Green Apple hotel. The rooms are clean and airy and the buffet breakfast was nice in the mornings. The location was perfect it's only a short walk to Old town without all the traffic of it. We would absolutely stay again.
