⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ NEW OWNERS = FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE! Hello! My name is Rune and I’m from Norway. Don’t mind the old reviews because this place now has new owners a few weeks back!! A lovely young Vietnamese family with their children and the service they offer is truly heartwarming! I read the older reviews on Google and noticed only a few new ones on Hotels.com so I suspected new ownership and I was right! I booked a short stay for 12 days which quickly turned into four extra days because everything exceeded my expectations! The hotel is just a 15 minutes walk from Hoi An Ancient Town bridge along a scenic riverside path you absolutely will love hand in hand with your loved ones! Everything here is spotlessly clean and the family does absolutely everything to make your stay perfect. The bed is incredibly comfortable and soft with airy linens and high-quality pillows and duvets. The bathroom is large with a rain shower, fluffy towels and all the amenities you need. From my second-floor room 212 I had a beautiful view of the pool yes a joy to wake up to! The breakfast is delicious and only 90,000 VND (price October 2025) and a great start to the day. The hosts speak good English and are wonderfully kind and helpful with your questions and if you want to get the best advice on whatever you want to visit around Hoi And !! I was recommended so much and did it all and you must see the Memories Show just 3 minutes away! I GUARANTEE you and your family will have a fantastic stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Kualitas kamar bagus, bersih, pelayanan yang antusias dan ceria. Harga khusus untuk turis. Pasti akan kembali lagi jika ada kesempatan untuk mengunjungi Hoi An dan memperkenalkan lebih banyak kepada teman-teman.

Its a pleasant place to stay and a great value to get a large room with a balcony and pool etc. The staff is kind and helpful. If i have a complaint about one thing, it is the shower. There is a warning sticker in the room that the shower takes time to heat because it is solar powered. This is true, but during half of our stay it did not get hot at all and we had cold showers. Even when it worked, it was such a fine spray that it was difficult to wash with. The place is a 20minute walk from the start of main town, although there are some coffee and restaurants nearby. Bicycles can be hired from the hotel for 30 k per day. The pool is very nice.

Pada Oktober 2019, saya menghabiskan 2 malam di hotel ini, yang berada di luar keramaian dan hiruk pikuk Hoi An. Saya sangat senang menginap di sana. I would recommend everyone to stay at this homestay. My friends and i stopped by for one night in hoi an, and we chose the right place. Friendly greeting, very helpful staff, close to town a nice walk along the river. The pool was great to dip our toes in after a long day.

The location is a bit outside of the old town, but with a scooter is very close. The room has a balcony with a view of the pool. The staff is very friendly. I will definitely choose this place again on our next visit to hoi an. Great place! Clean and very nice.

The villa in hoian is stunning, and the old town is only a short walk away. The hosts were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and spacious, offering a pleasant view of the pool. The breakfast served was also delicious. We are grateful for your hospitality.

I heartily endorse this establishment! It was the cleanest place ive ever stayed. Every morning, a freshly prepared breakfast is served in the minibar in the room. When i returned home, we had a brief conversation with the incredibly kind family. It resembled more like a home away from home. Theyll provide you with insider advice on what to do in the city. Additionally, there is a nighttime bike parking spot available. I only intended to stay for one night, but i ended up staying for three! It was fantastic!.

I would strongly recommend them because they are familiar with the locals, organize activities for you, and even negotiate a discount! To get you to the old city quickly, you can rent bikes and scooters for a reasonable fee. The best customer service ive ever experienced! Excellent hospitality and friendliness.
