The location of this hostel is in the old quarter area, so i can easily explore sites like hoan kiem lake and local cuisine. The staff are very friendly. They always start a conversation with me and give me information about travel in vietnam. This hostel itself is really clean and convenient. Beds are quite spacious. Even though it is rented room, if you want to have some me time, you can still keep your privacy in this hotel.

In the center of hanoi, this hostel is incredibly modern and spotless. Its strange, but even when its so loud outside, the hostel remains remarkably peaceful. The staff at this hotel is its best feature. I appreciate you taking care of me while i was feeling ill and allowing me to feel at ease. Also, a member of staff will prepare your breakfast in front of you, with dozens of options to choose from.

The staff is very helpful. When i needed a helmet and the receptionist lent me hers, he was very grateful for that. The shower is too cramped, though. It was also difficult to get to the place, especially since ive arrived at 11 pm.

The positive sides are the clean beds, the decent size locker next to the bed, and the location is good. The guests are quiet and respectful at night. And then, they provide cold water in the showers for the duration of our stay. After that, there is no problem with the water because it stopped working for about 12 hours one day. Plus, we can smell the bathroom on our floor that smells like sewage.

I really enjoy this hostel. Each room has a sofa with sytawing windows that let in natural light, and there is also tv front to sofa. The bed was comfortable and had lighted curtains and lockers. Breakfast was good and the staff were excellent. I arrived early in the morning in idly dressed up bus and before checkout they allowed me to have breakfast. Its incredibly important to note that every room at this hotel has its own deluxe bathroom.

The location is very good, very close to night street and lake hoan kiem. You have to go through a dark alley to get to the hostel. The staff are very helpful and responsive. Every day the rooms are cleaned and everything is fairly new. Only problem is that the room smells every time someone uses the toilet and can stay up to an hour. It was the most difficult part of my stay. This can be avoided by using automatic room fresheners. I wouldnt come back here because of the smell. Otherwise i would definitely book it again.

Hostel favorit di Hanoi. Harganya sangat murah, tetapi kualitasnya terbaik. Setiap hari ada yang lebih bersih. Staf yang sangat membantu yang dapat menjawab pertanyaan. Mereka ahli dalam mengatur tur dan bahkan di pagi hari, selalu ada orang di meja depan. Meskipun toiletnya agak kecil, itu bukan masalah besar.

This hostel is very nice. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are bright and all have large windows that you can open for fresh air. This is in the middle of the old quarter but on a small street so it is really quiet. Breakfast is well cooked and the staff is friendly. It could be cleaned more often and i wish ive used the shared kitchen but they dont let guests. They provide free drinking water!.

I really like the way the receptionist works. She was very considerate and helpful during our trip in hanoi. Not only that, but she also supported us in storing our luggage at the hostel free of charge. Breakfast is quite simple with eggs, bread and jam. Cons the location of the hotel is near the old town, so it is pretty busy. The hotel has a small alley and is crowded with people, making it quite inconvenient for those who want to rent i car because there will be no parking space. And you have to find another parking spot for the night.

The hostel is located in the old quarter, 200 meters walk from the main streets. There are several cafes, street food and restaurants nearby. The rooms and washroom were clean. Also have lockers to store your bags! They provide bus bookings and tour packages at reasonable prices. Most affordable rooms with great service!.

This place is highly recommended! Better than 95% of hostels in hanoi! Really! There is no mold in the air, the walls are spotless everywhere, and the ac is new. The beds are clean, breakfast is delicious. You can also watch Netflix or watch on the balcony here worth visiting!.

The showers are small. The toiletries are less. Air is stinky. But clean and close to everything in the old quarter. I liked the curtains on the beds though.

This place has a good location, right in the center of the old city. Its very convenient to eat or go around. The facilities are very new and the staff is very friendly. They have bigger beds than normal hostels, very comfortable.

When i return to hanoi, ill most certainly go there. This hostel was the greatest ive ever been to. Everything is spotless and lovely. The receptionists, le and lena, are incredibly wonderful and will make you feel at home. They assist you in planning excursions and are wellversed in the area.

This place has a great location in the old quarter and the bed is very comfortable. Trang is lovely and very helpful, always wanting to make the hostel as good as possible.
