Softest bed I think I have ever slept in in my life. The staff was wonderfully friendly, the hostel its self was very socially orientated :)

I booked 3 nights and stayed there for two nights (I spent one night in Halong Bay). I was impressed by the hospitality of the staff who always greet me with a smile whenever I went back to the hostel. When I left for the shuttle bus to Halong Bay early in the morning, I was in a rush and had no time for breakfast at the lobby, the lady packed two pieces of toasts with jam and banana for me to eat on the bus so I didn't starve during the 4 hours ride. Thanks to her!

The location of the hostel is strategic because it's close to the tourist attractions and restaurants in the old town. The complimentary breakfast was quite tasty, and there were so many alternatives such as banana or chocolate pancakes and Vietnamese breakfast. Thies service was excellent, with the whole staff being extremely welcoming and helpful.

I decided to stay at center hostel in Hani after some girls recommended me to visit there. The place is comfortable and have a nice professional team who take care of you while you are there and plan your various excursions to the north of Vietnam. In the evening, there is a happy hour with free beer. The place is also a quiet place for people who don't look for party hostels like mine. Warmly suggested.

The location was fantastic and all the services provided were exceptional. The employees were very kind and helpful. The facility was tidy and in a great location. The complimentary beer from 530 to 630 and breakfast included were the highlights. I had a great experience while staying here.

The staff is amazing, especially Jack. He helped us cheaply book so many good trips and hidden attractions my friend even forgot her shoes there and he kept them there for a week. The beds are comfortable the rooms are clean and free beer attracts people and it's great.

This is a normal hostel, so it's hard to get quality sleep. With that being said, it was clean, comfy, and you get free beer (although it was pretty bad) and breakfast which was good. It's definitely worth the couple bucks a night.
