Hotel terletak di depan shopping street pada hari jumat sabtu minggu malam kalau mau masuk hotel harus turun di ujung jalan krena mobil tidak bisa masuk Apabila hujan tidak ada area pelindung di depan jalan

The location was super strategic, near from old quarter and in front of the night market. The hotel was clean, the breakfast is also good. Their staff is helpful, especially Peter. Will be back here if I were going to hanoi. Superb.

100% sama dgn foto yg diberikan. Jenjs kamar saya tdk memiliki jendela yg menghadap keluar sehingga tidak ada cahaya matahari yg masuk. Kalau hy untuk semalam masih oke. AC dingin, kasur nyaman. Sarapan pagi sangat standar tp cukup utk menganjal perut.

A very new building, less than a year old. Extremely beautiful. The most modern technology is applied in many places. Plenty of delightful details. There is a window between the bedroom and bathroom, which gives a nice sense of space and light. English poses some challenges and it took some effort and patience to communicate with the staff.

酒店位於老城區，weekend 時門外便是night market, 很方便！ 而家房間的裝修風格很不錯，很喜歡！雖然早餐種類不多，但尚算好食，CP值高，值得推介！

Wonderfully located in the old quarter. On the same street as the night market. The property is very new and the fixtures are modern. We stayed here twice in two different rooms. Both were tops. In terms of space maybe slightly tight, but no complaints. The breakfast is good since it’s a budget hotel. The staff are overly helpful. WARNING: be extremely cautious when You make travel and reservations for Halong Bay and Sapa via the Travel Desk. The pictures shown indicate luxury, yet what you get is below average and quite regular and charged Luxury prices. Do compare with others travel agencies in the neighborhood. The agent (Christian) at the travel desk is quite suave and can hoodwink even the most seasoned traveller.

Black mold and bugs, refused to refund. We booked 2 rooms and were given 403 and 503. There was water on the floor and small water bugs in the restroom of 403, so I did not spend the night there. I showed the receptionist and they didn't have any other rooms available, so I stayed in 503 with my mom the first night, hoping to get another room the next day. We realized that 503 had water damage all along the wall connected to the tub, so water likely leaked down to 403 which was directly below it. Both rooms were very damp and the sheets felt sticky. We checked out the next day and offered to pay for that night in 503. The manager wasn't present at check-in or at check-out the next day so we were told to request a refund through hotels.com. I requested a refund, and then did not receive a follow-up a week after I had been promised one. I checked in again, and Hotels.com tried the manager again, and the manager did not approve the refund. Even if there was a cancellation policy, how would I know that the room would have mold?
