Asrama tetaplah sebuah asrama, tidak ada yang keluar dari dunia ini dan memiliki harga yang bagus untuk lokasinya. Yang mendukung adalah Tom, yang mengelola asrama, sangat ramah dan berusaha membantu kami dengan segala hal. Kami menyewa sepeda motor di sana selama dua hari dan dia memberi kami harga yang bagus dan luar biasa.

This place has the best staff. So very welcoming, interested in your plans and how they can help you in any way. Best of all they have the biggest smiles! They also recommend the best place for bun cha, we went as often as we could! Room was cleaned daily and breakfast was nice! Could not recommend this place enough!

Loan

I have stayed at this hostel, in the top floor room with balcony, for 13 nights. Overall it was a great experience! All staff were very friendly and helpful. The hostel itself was new, clean, tidy and situated at the heart of Hanoi ‘s old quarters which means it’s within walking distance to many of the city tourist attractions. There was no lift at the hostel and being on the fifth floor gave me a perfect chance to increase my fitness.The hostel also provided fast wifi and good breakfast! I would definitely recommend Hanoi Golden Hostel to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Hanoi.

The staff members have been very helpful to us; they love their job and they show it through their excellent service and their smile. They went above and beyond to accommodate us. For example, a few hours before we arrived, Amy (at the front desk) managed to find an extra room for my parents who decided to join us in Hanoi at the last minute. The day after, my mother had some stomach aches after she ate at a shady restaurant... Then one of the hotel employees went ahead and bought done meds for her. Clumsy as I am, I also managed to accidentally break the fan in my room, but they were very understanding about it. Amy helped us book a great tour in Halong Bay. She speaks good English and she is sincerely one of the mood devoted person we've seen in any hotel. This hotel is located right in Hanoi's old quarter, so it is very convenient. The rooms are cute, some of them are a bit small, but they're very clean. The included breakfast choices are simple, but they do the job when you need a quick bite. I think this hotel is perfect for people who want to visit Hanoi in a few days. A few improvements could be done by adding an electric kettle on the rooms and maybe an extra mirror.

Hotel ini sangat luar biasa. Tempat tidur yang bagus, lingkungan yang sangat bersih dan menakjubkan. Tom manajernya luar biasa, sangat tersedia, responsif, dan sangat baik, seperti pengemudi malam. I had an amazing stay at the hanoi golden hostel. Mr. Tom was an amazing help during my stay here. He offered fantastic recommendations and couldnt have been nicer. I will definitely be staying again! There was also another young man, he was great!.

Kami tiba hari ini setelah banyak rekomendasi dan melarikan diri setelah satu jam. Tidak ada air panas atau dingin, hanya air yang tidak berfungsi. Kamar mandinya mengejutkan dan tidak nyaman. Penuh tangga, panas dan bau, dan semuanya sudah tua. Tidak.

Overall, i would definitely recommend staying a night or two in the old quarter. The location is excellent, and you can walk to almost anywhere in the old quarter center. This hostel was a very pleasant experience! Tom, the owner and main receptionist, is absolutely wonderful! Before my arrival, he arranged for a driver to pick me up from the airport at a reasonable price and bring me directly to the hostel. Tom gave me many recommendations for good places to eat and see in the old quarter when i arrived and was happy to answer any of my questions. He upgraded my room to have a view without my even asking. The room was pretty good overall, with two queensize beds and a balcony view of the street. My only complaint is the layout of the bathroom, there is no divider between the toilet and shower head, so the floor gets quite wet, and the laundry service had not returned the towels while i was there, luckily i had my own!

I spent two nights there. My friend and i were there, and they gave me their largest room. They provided me with a room with two kingsize beds. Tom, the owner, is also incredibly helpful, and he is now my friend. He assisted me in exploring hanoi. He also assisted me in obtaining a very reasonable taxi fare from the hostel to the airport. The hostel is connected to the old city. My stay was fantastic. When i return to hanoi, i will undoubtedly stay at golden hostel.

Would definitely recommend it, especially for backpackers. The location was great, in the middle of the old town. The host was very friendly, he showed us the must sees of hanoi and gave us a map, he helped us get a bus to our next destination and offered us water for the journey. The staff were very friendly. The room has air conditioning, it is not the biggest, but it is fine. It had a reasonable price.
