Good hotel with a convenient location, close to everything. The breakfast was mostly fruits, but still good overall. We booked a room with a balcony, and the room was spacious enough for 2 people. The only downside was that the balcony view was blocked by a metal fence. Other than that, it was a good stay.

The best and friendly hotel in Hà Nội khu Pho cổ. (Old Dishtrict) I am an Vietnamese Canadian who born in Saigon Escaped from Ba Ria / Vung Tau in Oct 1982 with 61 people. The boat was 11 metter long drove by a guy 20 years old. After 4 day and night we came to Kuching Sarawak which belong to Malaysia. That guy settled in Toronto Ontario Canada. He is holding BSc. In Computer Science (BSc or Cu Nhan). He served more than 25 yrs for Canadian and US Intel. Above is my commands after staying in this hotel

Absolutely loved my time here. The staff were so warm and friendly. I had an idea of what I wanted to do and see while in the city and the staff were so kind to recommend things I might enjoy or what I could do to make the most of my time in Hanoi. The room was comfortable and clean. On days when we didn’t request room cleaning the staff still made sure to provide us with water and fresh towels outside our room. The breakfast was fantastic and provided a variety of options. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Hanoi. Great location and friendly staff.

Great location, and amazing staff! This was our first stop in Vietnam and it was a great welcome. A shout out to Jenna, who helped us book all of our activities and allowed us to have a great experience. Great location onside of old quarter. Highly recommend.

Loved this place. It is newly refurbished, and in great shape, and on the very edge of the Old Quarter, and a great location. It’s a really nice place, very well maintained, a full and very good breakfast each day, well priced, and right in the heart of things. The staff are super nice, and there’s also a spa here, for those who want that, as well as a full tour booking service. I’ll be staying here again in a couple of weeks, as I really like this place. It’s not a five star gigantic hotel, that you can find in some other parts of the city, but it is great, nevertheless, and one of the nicest places I’ve stayed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating. Very well kept, very clean and great breakfast. Jenna the manager is amazing and always available to help you. There was Jennai too. Very helpful and awesome! Great crew, awesome location!!

Very good hotel , location is central to everything. The room is very clean, comfortable bed, refrigerator and a safe for one’s belonging. Breakfast had a good selection and staff are the best. Jenna , the manager is very helpful and knowledgable on what tours to take and what time in Hanoi. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever lucky to make it Back to Vietnam

Had a really nice stay here. Used it as my base in Hanoi and went on trips from here and always came back. They stored my luggage for several nights when I was away on trips, I used the laundry service and it was ready when I returned from trip. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good. Not huge selection but eggs made the way you want them every morning. Good value for money.

Excellent location, easy to get around town, there are 2 elevators to get up and down quickly!Great breakfast, change hot food every day. The staff are excellent, they listen and will provide your needs. I will stay here again for sure.
