We love everything about this property! Breakfast food can be improved though, i ordered Pho which is good , the Western food needs improvement. Everything else is perfect! I SUPER LOVED the service!!! They even helped me with my transportation arrangements in our whole stay!

I liked everything. It was very central and clean. We booked 2 different rooms. Especially Balcony one was perfect with a large terrace. All staff was extremely helpful starting from the best receptionist Okami. Thank you for everything. Never hesitate to stay here.

This hotel is just exceptionnal, the location is just in the center of Hanoï, near the lake, the team of this hotel is soo kind, particulary Angela and Okami, all of people of the team do his best everytime to help you. The breakfast was so delicious with a large choice. Then, it's sur we will go again at this hotel for our next trip at Hanoï !!

The communication before staying on WhatsApp was excellent. The staff were super friendly and helpful when we were there and the post stay comms (I left something in my room) was outstanding. Angela deserves special mention.

We loved the location of this hotel; it is right in the heart of the city, where all the action happens. The staff was friendly and gave us a wonderful guide of all the hotspots for food, festivities and nightlife. We felt well taken care of and tended to.

Location is perfect for people trying to see the city. Yet, the rooms itself are quiet enough to get some proper sleep. Amazing balance imo. Apart from that, the reception and offered services are insanely good. They were always kind and helpful and booked trips and such spontaneously enough to the point that it wouldn't be possible for the average traveler without local connections. They always went the extra mile, super professional and kind. I admire how much they smiled, not even I managed to do that and I was on vacation! Breakfast included western as well as local cuisine, offering a great variety and a nice atmosphere. Laundry service was great too btw, always on time and accommodating my needs. I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those travelling to the city for the first time and those not wanting to be bothered with other kinds of logistical overhead of traveling. If I went to Hanoi again I'd book the same Hotel, knowing everything is already being taken care of for me.

Hanoi Lotus is an excellent hotel. I stayed for 4 nights in a balcony room. The decor is quaint 1960s style which is attractive. There is some nice artwork in the room. The cleaning staff cleaned the room to a very high standard. The WiFi was fast, the water was hot and the water pressure was amazing! The hotel is set around the corner from a busy street and was very quiet, yet within walking distance of central Hanoi's main attractions. Breakfast is in a sister hotel two minutes walk from Hanoi Lotus. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay again when next in Hanoi.

The staff were absolutely wonderful - very friendly and helpful. They stored my luggage while I went on a two-day excursion and again after I checked out before I went to the airport. They even followed up afterwards to make sure I got to the airport safely.

Everything during our stay here was great. The location of the hotel in Hanoi's old quarter is perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, the room was furbished comfortably and the decorations and color scheme made it feel special. The breakfast was plentiful with a good variety of options. We loved the Vietnamese coffee every morning. We would definitely stay here again.
