The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to many cafés and convenience stores. The room was clean and equipped with adequate amenities. Breakfast is available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, offering a good variety of options. The service was excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Expecially mr. Da, he very helpful.Highly recommended for its great value for money.

This hotel was the perfect place to stay in Hanoi. The location was in perfect walking distance of the whole city, the rooms were clean and luxurious and the staff were all really lovely and friendly and great at giving recommendations when we were heading out - especially Da and Ann. If we’re in Hanoi again we will definitely be returning!

The hotel is situated right in the city center of Hanoi which meant that we could walk pretty much everywhere. Overall we had a great stay at the hotel and would come back. What we loved the most about this hotel were the staff. The staff that checked us in and checked us out went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Additionally we celebrated my partners birthday and the hotel staff helped me organize cake and balloons as a surprise. They also shared a bunch of useful tips for both Hanoi and the rest of Vietnam and were always around for a friendly chat. If you're looking for a place that's central and has great staff then this hotel should be on your list!

We love this hotel so much and their staff hospitality also was top notch especially Da, Andrea! They were so good in assisting us during our stay and even decorate our room as per requested for our honeymoon trip.. the bed was so comfortable and we really have a good sleep here! We really enjoy our experience in Hanoi eventho we only stay here for 1 night, should have extend our stay!

The staff, especially Ann were delightful! They were so accomodating when we had to leave early in the morning, they arranged us to takeaway breakfast and gave us great recommendations for where to go and tasty food. Everything was lovely and clean, and the atmosphere in reception was great! Would definitely stay here again

It was very a very comfortable stay. The rooms are clean, well stocked and quite adequate. The location in old quarters is so convenient, close to all the eateries, cafes, shopping etc. The staff, especially DA, Ann were very attentive, friendly and helpful. The F&B staff too were very courteous.
