저는 이곳에서 5일 숙박하는 동안 여러가지의 도움을 받았습니다 이곳 메니저 DA의 친절에 감동 받아 3일을 연장하고 아주 편한게 잘 지내고 갑니다. 10월 초 무캉차이에 다시 올 계획이 있는데 그때도 이 곳에서 잘 지내다 가고 싶습니다. 호안끼엠 호수가 걸엇 5분 거리에 있기에 매일 아침 그 곳에서 허수 한바퀴 조깅까지 핳수 있어서 너무 좋은 경험 이었습니다.

Anh Da is exceptional. He is kind, polite, and will go out of his way to assist in any capacity. I didn't know where the restaurant was and he walked me there. He assisted with booking services and tours. I was in and out of Hanoi and he was kind enough to rebook me for days I was back in town from doing other excursions. Da is definitely an asset to this hotel, he made my travelling experience less stressful. The breakfast is just okay but nice to have included.

Very helpful staffs, especially Mr De, he really went out his way to help me turn in AC in the room in advance and set up places for washing & drying dirty clothes. Very convenient place to walk around for shopping and eating. Served Good breakfast as well.

This property is located in the heart of Old Quarter Hanoi. We had an adjoining room which gave our 15 year old plenty of privacy and space. The breakfast buffet was a bit congested due to the limited space. The front desk staff was very accommodating and kind. You just can't beat the location.

Mr Đe, receptionist, was very sincere and helpful in check in for my room as well as for information around the Ha Noi Pho Co. The room was nice with adequate things as most other hotel. The hotel was in walking distances to most restaurants, and stores for shopping.

The hotel is in a very strategic location, close to many cafés and convenience stores. The room was clean and equipped with adequate amenities. Breakfast is available from 6:30 AM to 10:00 AM, offering a good variety of options. The service was excellent, and the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Expecially mr. Da, he very helpful.Highly recommended for its great value for money.
