Go somewhere else if youre looking for a 5star hotel with all the conveniences, room service, etc. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a safe, super clean, small but comfortable room. This is a great place for the price and in a good location. I thought the front desk staff were very helpful. Yes, they are trying to sell you a tour, but they are not aggressive. I also thought they were very helpful with directions and recommended places to go in old town.

I have visited this place twice and will return. It is situated in the old quarter, very close to restaurants and markets. The staff was very helpful in organizing my trips to ha Long bay and sapa trekking.

Lokasi yang sangat cocok untuk tempat wisata terpenting. Danau Hoan Kiem sangat dekat. Ada kafe dan restoran di sebelah. Sarapannya juga enak. Staf sangat ramah dan membantu, minta Lee.

The service was excellent, the room was cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They helped me find a taxi driver, sent me an email asking me if i needed anything, and had a computer with internet access, which was fantastic. However, when i made my reservation through hostalbooker, the map indicated that the hotel was close to the lake, which was in the old quarter, and it was easy to get lost when you arrived at hoam kiem lake.

Hotel ini sederhana namun lokasinya strategis. Staf yang sangat baik, Lee sangat membantu. Dan kami dapat menyimpan barang bawaan kami selama 1 malam ketika kami pergi ke Teluk Halong. Sarapannya sangat enak. Pancake dengan pisang direkomendasikan. Cocok untuk menginap 1- 2 malam. Itu saja.

A deluxe suite upgrade to the eighth floor with a balcony, city views, super comfy beds, accommodating front desk, buffet breakfast included, allowed us to keep our luggage overnight, can book tours, and an elevator up to 7th floor. A less touristy area, but a 13minute walk from hoan kiem lake. We arrived late at night and were greeted by hao who made our stay so pleasant. He upgraded us to the deluxe suite, which included a kitchenette, couch, twin bed, and queen bed in its own separate room. The room was spacious, clean, and very beautiful, with marble flooring. The bathroom was great because it separated the toilet and shower. The regular rooms are also very nice, with a twin and queen in the same room and a bathtub instead of a shower. Breakfast was included and included fresh fruit, delicious mushroom soup, bread, beverages, and sliced ham. They offer sim cards with data and phone access. Mobiphone was 5000 per day for 4 gb per day, and vinaphone was 200000 for 8 gb and 15 minutes local calling. Be aware of which plan and rate you are getting before they access your phone. We intended to get mobiphone but they put vinaphone in. Apart from that small miscommunication, serenity hotel aka rising dragon is a great place to stay. Hao is very friendly and accommodating and made our stay very pleasant.

We had a wonderful stay at the serenity, and the staff was very helpful in organizing our tours and booking transfers. The rooms were clean, and the beds were very comfortable. Great breakfast too.

Nothing special, but the breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly. It was a reasonable price and perfect for a few days away from the hostels, or if you are not a hostel person. I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is good and reasonably priced. The staff is very kind and helps you with whatever you need. I had a window facing the hall which was a bit noisy and uncomfortable when you tried to sleep.

Hotel yang bagus, sederhana tapi nyaman, bersih dan sangat tenang. Ada 28 kamar, semuanya dengan harga yang wajar. Sarapan sudah termasuk dengan pilihan hidangan, teh, dan kopi sesuai selera kamar dengan 2 tempat tidur, cocok untuk keluarga dengan staf yang ramah dan membantu. Saya merekomendasikannya.

Kami hanya tinggal sebentar di Hanoi jadi kami tidak punya banyak waktu untuk melihat-lihat pemandangan. Ketika saya check-in, staf dengan baik hati memberi saya beberapa saran dan bahkan memesan taksi untuk membawa saya kembali ke bandara. Sarapan Pho sangat enak.
