I adored this hotel. Very helpful and kind personnel! The location is ideal, its central but not as noisy as most hotels. From here, you can stroll to all of hanois attractions! My rooms had beautiful views, which were quite atmospheric, and i stayed twice. My favorite hotel in vietnam.

I adore this hotel so much! The location is fantastic, the staff is friendly and accommodating, and the wifi is flawless (i needed it because i work from my laptop! Strongly recommend this location. My room also had a lovely patio!.

The location, the staff, and the price are all excellent. The rooms are simple and wellmaintained. I originally reserved two days here but ended up staying for five. Excellent service from the personnel. A double bed, a nice shower, an airconditioned room with an added fan are unbeatable at incredibly affordable prices! Good location also close to hoan kiem lake. When i return to the center of hanoi, im going to stay here again. It was enjoyable to be around thanks to all the troops. Your scottish friend who left your hotel on foot.

Mary at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Couldnt have asked for a better person to help us with our stay. The rooms were clean and checkin and checkout were easy.

The owner was very kind and helpful. And then, the location is strategic, as all the buildings in the old city were closed. After that, this room is spacious enough to be noisy from the street. Subsequently, they provide ac on the 5th floor. Thereafter, everything was spotless. Hereafter for the price is worth it.

I stayed here for over a week and felt at home. Mary and Peter were very wonderful to me! They gave me ginger since i was having snoozing, and he gave us taffeta because ive been cold, besides that they were really kind and caring. Peter also booked the bus ticket for me from hanoi to cat ba for 250.000 vnd, everything went smoothly! Thank you so much for everything!.

This place has a great location, just st. Josephs cathedral is only ten minutes away from this place. The hotel is spotless and the beds are comfortable. Very affordable! You can easily schedule transferring through them at reasonable prices because the staff is very helpful and friendly.

We have stayed at this place before and have returned. The staff is friendly and the place is fine. Beds are decent, not hard like other beds! They quietly turn off your air conditioning during the day when you are not home. There is a breaker outside the elevator and you can see your rooms switch turned off. They try to save electricity that way, so the lobby area is extra hot. However, there is fridge so thats nice. But the water pressure was bad. Overall, i would stay here again, very convenient and close to everything! Id give it ten out of 10. Cheap and convenient.

They could improve the cleaning of the taps in the bathroom. And then, the employees were so kind. After that, they helped us organize our tours and we had a great time. Subsequently, during our vacation, we stayed with them several times between trips.

This hotel was made special by peter and mary. Everyone who worked there was incredibly helpful and assisted us with so many activities and anything else we needed. We felt right at home in the spacious rooms, which had a lovely balcony. It is conveniently located near many of the highlights in hanoi, and the street is peaceful at night. I highly recommend booking tours through them as they have great prices and highquality tours to offer. Im hoping to visit again someday soon!.

During my stay, the water didnt get warm either. Because the windows are thin, you can hear everything outside, and the curtains are so thin that you wake up early by the sun. If you dont mind that, its incredibly affordable and pleasant accommodation. Although the bed was comfortable, there werent any cleanliness from the sheets, which weren't particularly clean. They didn smelled, but they were stained. Staff is friendly and can recommend activities.

In the summer of 2022, i spent a week here. The staff here is outstanding. Extremely helpful and offers recommendations for the area. Clean rooms with air conditioning! Peter, the manager, is incredibly kind. Ill see you soon, man!.
