My experience began with my bus leaving dalam 4 hours earlier than anticipated. I called the hostel and explained that it was the middle of the night and my bus came in early. I was interested in knowing if I could travel to the hostel sooner than expected so I didn't have to wait around so late at night. My phone call was answered right away and I was warmly greeted and shown to my bed. The hostel is run by a wonderful and friendly family who were kind and helpful and recommended many things to do in Dalam. I looked at my bill at the end of my stay and they didn't even charge me for the first night I came in early. Not only were the owners kind but the hostel was new and really clean and tidy. Definitely recommended!.

My trip first started in dalam, 4 hours earlier than expected. I called the hostel and explained that it was late at night and my bus came early. I wanted to know if I could go to the hostel early than expected so I wouldn't have to wait until late at night. My phone call was answered right away and I was greeted warmly and shown to my bed. The hostel is run by a wonderful and friendly family who were kind and recommended many must-dos and sees in Dalam. At the end of my stay, I looked at my bill and they didn't even charge me for the first night I arrived early. Not only were the owners friendly, but the hostel was new and extremely clean and tidy. Truly recommend!.
