We stayed at this hotel from 5th to 9th may. We were tired because we were coming from bagkok, but what a pleasure to arrive and have such hugs! Its smallest but very well managed. The receptionists are more than kind and professional. They are really proactive, welcoming, etc. Hotel has all the tours you could want and if they dont have them they always try to suggest or help you. Banana pancakes were more then delicious, Vietnamese coffee. And fresh fruit! The location is perfect, there are many restaurants on the street, shops, and the old town is only 6 minutes walk away. Rooms in this place are simple and rustic but really spacious and comfortable! Swimming pool is nice and wellmaintained. Laundry service is cheap and perfect! My little one cried because she wanted to stay here more with the girls! All hoianese team thank you for such an amazing experience! And thanks to an for the great suggestions! Our stay will be unforgettable as well.

We received a warm welcome from the receptionists as soon as we arrived. They assisted us with tours, recommendations for places to visit, and other assistance. On incredibly hot days, they even lend hats. It includes wholesome breakfast including tea, coffee, juice, pancakes, toasts or fruit, as well as options for pancake or toast and fruits. You can always rent bicycles and enjoy idly pool. The beach, markets, river, etc. Are all within ten minutes of the location, which is quite central. I would without if not recommend it and would love to return someday.

The staff is very helpful and friendly and goes above and beyond to make sure we have a good time in hoi an. We had san francisco during our stay here. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone bidding on hois an island.

The hotel is excellent, conveniently located near the city center. For 50 k, you can enjoy breakfast, fruit, and coffee. The pool is not heated. Wifi was a little slow and unstable. However, the staff is friendly. Be careful, as this is the brand of the hotel chain, there are several hotels bearing the name hoianese.

The location is 7 minutes walk from the old town. The food is good and the service is friendly. They served a nice breakfast for 2 euros. Very clean and nice room. I highly recommended.

I had an amazing experience at the old town hotel in hoianese city! We spent a week there. The hotel was close to everything (banh mi, cao lau, barbecues, and restaurants). The most interesting thing about this hotel is how they take care of you by listing all the activities that are nearby and taking them for you! With them, we went on tavern tour and preparing kawaii, which was incredibly enjoyable and reasonably priced. Lucy deserves special recognition as he was such recommendable host. Many thanks.

A cute little homestay with great prices, amenities, and friendly staff that go out of their way to make you happy. Its conveniently located near the old town by bicycle and has everything you need for a base for your exploration of hoi an. The staff are friendly and helpful with anything you could need, directions, laundry, advice, coffee, travel bookings. Ha was very kind to me and all the staff helped me greatly.

The hotel is very clean, has good wifi speed, is surrounded by the nicest staff, and is not overly priced. You should definitely take the basket boat tour, the hoi an walking tour and the street food tour from the hotel, which is cheaper than the usual prices. When you check in, there is no need to worry about the price. Ly, who is our tour guide on the road food trip, was a very nice and helpful young lady who has specialized in the cuisine.

Throughout our entire fourday visit, we stayed here. The location is close enough to the old town that it is easily accessible on foot without having to deal with the latenight noise from the bars. However, it remains in a busy alleyway surrounded by some lovely restaurants and an early morning market right outside the door. Excellent service was provided, always greeting guests when entering or leaving, good english, and willingness to assist with reservations and advice. It had ie sanitized, roomy, clean accommodations, as well as en suite bathrooms.

We had the best time at the old town hotel in hoi an. The staff was really amazing. An and lucy have been very friendly and helpful. They gave us a lot of information about activities and recommendations in and around hon an, the most beautiful person you could ever imagine. Clean rooms, comfortable beds and most importantly, reviving pools.

I cant express how much i love this hotel. From the welcoming and accommodating personnel to the complimentary tea, coffee, and water throughout the day, everything was flawless. We were all treated like royalty. The best place ive ever been. I was sorry to leave.

The staff is very friendly. They can arrange everything you need there and the prices are very reasonable. The location is excellent, you are within walking distance of everything that you want to do in hoi an. Breakfast was ok, wasnt too big for my appetite but enough to start the day. I would recommend it to stay several nights.
