Memority Hotel, Villas and Spa was our home for 4 weeks (myself and 2 married friends) and what a wonderful 4 weeks it was!! Top of the list is the staff; beyond friendly and helpful, they are true friends. If you have never visited Vietnam it is difficult to explain how fantastic the people are, you probably have not seen this anywhere else; so, by their standard the Memority staff were exceptional. Next is location; perfect for everything downtown/oldtown Hoi An for those on foot not wanting to take on the insane motorbike/scooter traffic. OK, the new villas and spa are very nice and great value. The hotel side, however, looks and feels a little 'tired' but at the price it is difficult to expect more. For customised tours and 'out of the ordinary' tourist ideas they are tops. My ratings are based on many years of UK/USA-based travelling (so higher expectations) to give a more balanced (critical) opinion but the staff of Memority were a major contributor to a month of special memories for me. Fantastic room and cleanliness. Pool area and bar were class. Location is perfect - 20mins bike ride (on bikes provided by the hotel) to the beach, 15min walk into the heart of the old town. Couldn’t beat it.

Khách sạn có hồ bơi và gần phố cổ hội an. Đi bộ khoảng 15phút vô trung tâm. Có nhiều quán cafe, tạp hoá gần khách sạn. Có điều phòng có mùi, máy lạnh chạy không ổn định, phòng tắm có bồn tắm khá cao. Dép đi trong phòng quá cũ.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour au Memority, nous étions dans les villas (piscine différente de l'hôtel). La chambre était top, lit très confortable. Le petit déjeuner en buffet était très bien. Le personnel est vraiment adorable et accueillant. Bien situé, nous étions dans le fond de l'hôtel donc au calme.

We had a perfect stay, they upgraded us free of charge to the villa. We had a huge, beautiful room with a big clean bathroom. We saw a standard room and they were ok but honestly, you can find better for the price you pay for a standard. Similarly the pool at the hotel part wasn’t the cleanest and the building looks completely different from the pictures. Even down to fixtures and fittings - everything looked a bit cheaper and more dated. The villas part was beautiful and had a great, clean pool. If you’re booking, opt for the villas! Location is good, only 10 mins walk to Hoi An old town. Staff are super friendly and smiley too.

約二週間ほど滞在しました。チェックイン時にホテルに入った瞬間、スタッフの方々の素敵な笑顔にまず癒されました。旧市街まで15分くらい歩くが、地元の人達の生活も見れるしクアダイビーチへ行く道沿いに位置するので自転車で移動するのに便利。小さいがプールがあり、疲れたらのんびりできて良かった。初めて宿泊するホテルのうえ長期の滞在だったため不満の蓄積によるストレスを心配したが、チェックアウトの朝には寂しさすら感じる満足で心地よい滞在でした。

Chambre avec porte vitrée donnant sur un balcn arrière, la lumière y pénètre toute la journee. Une jolie piscine extérieure permet de se rafraichir et une bar avec table de pool et musique permet de s’y divertir et échanger avec le personnel, très gentil. Plusieurs restos, bar et bakery sont situés à proximité. Il est facilement possible de se rendre dans la vielle ville à pieds et à la plage, à bicyclette. J’y retournerais volontier lors d’un prochain voyage.

We stayed only 1 night here and very satisfied. Very helpful and happy staff. The room was clean and the pool was nice. Location-wise we were quite happy: you can easily walk or cycle into the city centre (complimentary bicycles are on offer). We definitely recommend it!

Great hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, especially Henry was both professional and kind. Room was clean and spacious. Lovely pool. The buffet breakfast I thought was very good value. Had laundry done here for a minimal cost and very efficient service. Easy walking distance to the busy markets. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed staying here for 2 nights but my parents couldn't stand the smell of mold in the air in the room It wasn't that strong though. Staff was friendly. We borrowed the bicycles for free It`s including the price. It was fine considering the price. Valuable price. Breakfast was just okay considering the price. The location was fine. you can walk to get to the Old town. It takes about 15mins by walking. We found some small ants in the bathroom.

到着した時は違うホテルかと思いました。この写真はプールサイド側から撮ったもので、正面玄関とはイメージが異なります。スリッパはあるが、マイスリッパを持参すると良い。朝食は良かった。シャワーの排水が悪かった。全体には満足できます。ホテルでツアーを申込、しかし時間になってもピックアップされず、スルーされていたことが判明。ツアーバスまでタクシーで追いかけツアーに合流した。もちろんタクシーは無料。対応が素晴らしかった。

It was close to the old quarter and with the free bikes we were able to get around easily.We had also hired motorbikes from Hue so the off street parking was great. The only complaint I would have is the linen was a bit grubby and compared to the other places we had been was a surprise.Also walking up the stairs all the time a lift would be great but I am aware that’s being picky in Vietnam.Overall it was lovely,staff were lovely and helpful even the cleaners and grounds man were smiling and friendly. The aircon was good and bathrooms were clean and western style(no shower over toilet).i would stay here again if I came back
