The hotel is in a good location. The breakfast was very tasty with dozens of options both vietnamese and western. We were upgraded to i 7th floor room, which was cleaned daily and the whole staff was really nice. Overall he was able to have d o try his best experience.

Strongly recommended. The most welcoming and helpful staff ive ever encountered in a hotel. They even prepared me supper for my early morning flight. Extremely considerate. Excellent location, spotless, pleasant, and cozy rooms.

The cleanliness and the service of the hotel staff are very impressive. They are extremely friendly, helpful and share delicious local cuisine with us. Good location walking distance to hoi an tran Phu old town. This hotel even provides bicycles for riding around.

It was a wonderful experience. We adore the personnel, especially Tin, our receptionist, and the hotel, breakfast, everything. The location is excellent, just 10 minutes from the old city, with free bikes available for use. Many thanks for everything!.

We chose this hotel during our stay in hoi an. Located in a clean environment and less than 5 minutes walk from the old town. From the hotel entrance, dining area and to our room, the interior was beautiful. Our room is clean, comfortable, cozy and attached to the balcony. The buffet breakfast selection is amazing, there are many local and western options. All foods are delicious! You should try their Vietnamese food! Thank you to all the friendly and helpful staff! Till we meet again.

Perfectly meeting our needs up until the last minute. You wont be crowded by this hotel because it is so close to the old citys entrance. We received a thorough tour of the city, what we might want to do, and some dos and donts when we arrived. The staff went above and beyond in every way and was incredibly considerate and courteous. Their recommendations paid off, as were their suits made at their recommended shop, tuong tailors. Breakfast was also excellent, the room was spot on, but at the end, we were asked to provide any constructive feedback to make improvements even better, which we couldnt because its such recomended. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!.

This hotel is excellent and has a wonderful staff. The room was disappointing because we initially had stayed on the top floor and had an amazing view, but the door lock wasnt working, so we were moved to sluggish, smaller room with fewer views.

Our stay here was truly exceptional! This is a really nice hotel with cozy rooms and comfortable beds, located near the old town. The reception staff were very kind and helpful with many suggestions for places to go and things to see. Cleaning was also excellent, our rooms were spotless. Breakfast was amazing, it had dozens of options and was delicious. We also had massages, and the spas masseurs were great and very nice. Bellhops and serving staff are also very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything went well, and the location was ideal for exploring the city. The description of everything, from activities to services, was meticulously reviewed. Nice beds and a decent breakfast. There is onsite spa and an adequate gym on site. No complaints.

The breakfast was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond to assist us, its location was superb, and the rooms and amenities were simply amazing. The location is great, just a few minutes walk from old town. The staff was also very helpful in planning trips that were suitable for us and made our stay very enjoyable. We stayed here for five nights and enjoyed every one of them. Hotel is very nice, clean and the service from the staff is excellent.

I had a wonderful time there, and i cant wait to go back. I recently stayed at the la charm hotel in hoi an, vietnam, which was incredibly pleasant. The hotels location and service were excellent. La charm hotels personnel provided exceptional service, always going above and beyond to ensure he had an enjoyable and comfortable stay. It was convenient to explore the charming town of hoisan because of the hotels central location. Both the hotel and its surroundings were inviting, with wellappointed rooms. A memorable stay was made possible by the attentive and attentive staffs attention to detail in the service. Anyone visiting hoifang who is seeking optimum service and prime location should definitely check out the highly recommended la Charm hotel.

The five stars are insufficient to adequately capture the extent of our stay! The best hotel we stayed at in vietnam, with roomy rooms, cozy beds, a hot shower, an amazing rich breakfast, and secluded location. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, helping us with everything we required from start to finish. You can rest assured that you are well taken care of in this hotel because they assisted us throughout our entire stay.

This place is worth visiting. The location is excellent, with a wonderful atmosphere and architecture for savoring recollections. Excellent service from the staff. Great rooms with helpful and kind personnel. Unfortunately, we were given lone balcony overlooking an abandoned and underconstruction house, which wasnt ideal. Its incredibly nice and welllocated. Avoid drinking alcohol at the hotel because they are terrible.
