Lovely homestay in a perfect location near Hoi An old town. Everything is in walking distance. The homestay is in a quiet road, run by a kind family. Mr Lee was very supportive. Would highly recommend to come here when visiting Hoi An.

The room was spacious and very clean, and they offered to clean it daily. Breakfast was delicious, and we also used the swimming pool, which was very clean. The hosts were very nice with us and gave us many good recommendations. They also arranged for us to take a taxi to the airport. If we come back to hoi an one day, we know this is the place to stay.

Strongly advised. Beautiful boutique hotel that is close to everything you could want. The staff was attentive, informative, and friendly, and the rooms were immaculately clean and very comfortable. The air conditioning was cool as a cucumber, and the wifi was as fast as lightning. My only complaint is that finding the hotel was quite challenging. Because it was on a side street, we were dropped very close to it but walked straight past. Before we eventually found this tiny oasis, local taxi drivers appeared stumped, and application maps live views and noise were everywhere.

This is the nicest hotel ive ever stayed in all of vietnam! A lovely homestay or hotel just a 5minute walk from the ancient town. Mr. Lee and his family were the kindest and most generous hosts. They booked tours for me at great value and had delicious food recommendations that i tried and loved. My room was lovely, very clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. Breakfast was also great, cooked fresh to order every morning. I highly recommend this hotel, i didnt want to leave! Very safe for solo female travel too. Thank you, lee and family!.

We had a wonderful stay here, and this familyrun hotel was the highlight of hoi an. The level of detail in the rooms, the food, and customer service was truly unparalleled! Its difficult to find a company that truly cares about their guests, but lee and his family provided us with an unforgettable experience. When we checked in, we were first greeted with cold water and fresh fruits, which we appreciated because we didnt do much research. We highly recommend it! The location was also fantastic!.

The experience was nothing short of exceptional from the moment we checked into the hoi an town centre hotel. Mr. Lee, in particular, stood out with his impeccable hospitality. He was more than just accommodating, he listened attentively to every request we made and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The hotel itself has a very charming atmosphere, striking the perfect balance between the traditional and the modern. The rooms were clean and wellappointed, providing a peaceful escape after a day of exploring the bustling city. Breakfast at the hotel was a delightful experience every morning. The spread was generous, with a variety of options. The fruits were fresh and amazing, a true testament to the local produce of the region. One time we needed to book a private car to explore the surrounding areas, and mr. Lee arranged everything for us in less than 15 minutes. Surprisingly, the rate was even cheaper than what we would have found on a grab, which was quite impressive. As for the location, it is unbeatable. The hotel is a great starting point for any adventure in hoi an, thanks to its proximity to the market. Everything is just a stones throw away, whether you want to shop, dine, or soak in the local culture. In conclusion, our stay at the hoi an town centre hotel was nothing short of wonderful. Thank you to mr. Lee and the staff, we left with great memories and the intention to return. Highly recommended for anyone visiting hoi an!.

The bed and pillow were very comfortable, the room was clean, the breakfast was delicious, and the owner was very friendly and went out of their way to make his guests feel comfortable. There is no better place to stay in hoi an. Lee, thank you very much!.

My wife and i stayed here for 5 nights and it was perfect. The price is very good for the value of the stay. The location is great, just a short walk from all the pubs and restaurants in the old center but still a good distance for being very quiet. Lee and the rest of the staff are very helpful and friendly they really couldnt do enough for you they even helped arrange airport transfer and laundry. We didnt want to leave.

Lee is a wonderful host, one of the nicest people ive ever met. He gave us some great tips on what to visit, where to eat, and where to make our clothes. The location of the hotel is great, central, but not noisy. The room was clean and the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming.

Lee was a fantastic host. I had a great time staying at his house. The location in hoi an is ideal, its right next to the main ancient city but hidden away on a quiet street. The room was very clean and new as the house was built only two years ago. Lee was very accommodating, arranging bicycle rentals, providing recommendations for restaurants and coffee, and helping us get tickets to see the show in hoi an. I highly recommend staying here when visiting hoi an!.

I had a great time here. Would suggest it. Excellent value for the money. The proprietor, mr. Lee, is incredibly kind and accommodating, and nothing is too much difficulty. The rooms are cozy and conveniently located near the old town. I had a great time staying here.
