A great stay at the Homestay countryside. The hotel is located within walking distance to Hoi An city centre and it's very close to the local bus station which was perfect for us as we took bus 1 to Da Nang.

We are currently backpacking our way through Veitnam and absolutely loved staying here. The family at the homestay were beyond lovely and so accommodating. They were more than happy to help us with anything we needed and we're beyond generous. Plus the town was within a 5 minute bike ride and they and they had bikes for rent for a cheap price. With breakfast included and a quiet comfortable place to stay it's well worth your money!

I came here just for breakfast. There is a nice large room with a great welcoming and helpful family. And then they recommend a cooking class called Heian eco coconut tour. After that, the location is a really nice and laid back town that can make customers go crazy. Besides that, there are many coffee shops and happy hour bars.

We decided to try it because we had never been to Hoi An and saw that there was plenty of activity available there. I would without a doubt endorse it! The setting was lovely, and if she wasnt, her uncle would always be there. They were both quite responsive, considerate, and helpful! We had a scheduled trip that was planned for us, but we had a hard night. As we brushed our teeth and took our fragments, he knocked to wake us up, dispatched the driver, and arranged another mode of transport for us. We enjoyed tea and banana pancakes as we made our way down to breakfast! They were simply outstanding. On arrival, because we were earlier than checkin time, they also put us in a family bedroom. Breakfast is wonderful around the house. In the garden, you can get it under a shelter, but in the countryside, where plants grow and there is also a lovely little lake with fish in. Butterflies all over the place! It was ideal that you could rent their bikes for free, which was fantastic because traveling in Hoi An typically requires a bike to enter the city center. Certain locations charge you. Our room was roomy, spotless, and comfortable. Each day, newly cleaned and fresh towels. This place is worth the price. This hotel was so good. For the breakfast, they served excellent breakfast, besides that there was a huge room with AC and fan, plus they also provide a fan. The room was neat and comfortable.

A lovely bright room in a family run guesthouse. Quiet street, good aircon/shower. 5lt bottle of drinking water provided as well as a simple breakfast. Nice and clean throughout with friendly, english speaking hosts.

Super rapport qualité prix. Placé entre la plage et le centre de hoi an, tout peut se faire à pied ou à vélo. La famille est accueillante, chaleureuse et souriante. Passage prévu pour 2j, on est resté 4j.

I really enjoyed staying here. The free breakfast was great. The hotel is a bit of a walk to the main street in town (15 minutes) but is worth it for the breakfast and the quiet. Don't expect too much as the shower was broken and I had to wake up the staff to make me breakfast one day. I would stay here again.

Hơi thất vọng khi tới đây. Phòng thì khá rộng rãi, có cửa sổ, nhà tắm rộng rãi, nhưng ko có bàn để đồ, có 1 tủ nhỏ và đụng vào cái là đổ (vì đặt tivi trên nóc tủ). Book phòng trên Hotels.com thì ghi là có bao gồm ăn sáng. Nhưng thực tế không hề có, chủ nhà cũng không nói gì về việc này. Được cái là chủ nhà khá thoải mái, dễ tính.
