Good location and service, very friendly staff. Had breakfast package which is helpful to get the day started and used general lounge at end of day. (Did not use spa facilities). convenient to book tours from the hotel - Rose was very helpful.

The staff and service at this hotel is next level! Everyone is friendly and we had a wonderful check-in experience. Excellent location in the Old Quarter, close to restaurants, shopping and historical sites. Breakfast was an epic event. One of the best breakfast buffets I’ve ever had anyplace in the world. Truly makes it worth it. We only had the pleasure of spending one night, but will be staying here again whenever we return to Hanoi! We did not have time to swim, but the pool area (indoor) was clean and the water toasty warm. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we can’t wait to return one day.

Rose and Thomas were the best! Customer Service was excellent. The best I have ever experienced. The breakfast was amazing! The premium coffees were my favourite. The drinks at the bar were excellent. The breakfast staff were all great and very professional. Lisa remembered my order for my entire stay. I can’t wait to return.

The service was absolutely impeccable from the day we arrived. The rooms were top notch and the breakfast had a nice touch each day. Moreover, the service which the staff provided was really personal and friendly and we would recommend anyone coming to Hanoi to visit this hotel - well located in the Old Town and close to highly rated restaurants.

Beautiful hotel in Hanoi!! The hotel has only been open for 7 months and of the 3 hotels we stayed in in Hanoi it was definitely the best! As soon as you walk in the staff are so welcoming and friendly and the place smells devine! The hotel manager Rose was lovely and took the time to talk to us whenever we saw her. We had a Metropole Suite room with a balcony which was fabulous! Breakfast was fantastic with lots of choice & very attentive service and all the staff came out of the hotel to wave us off which was lovely 😍

Wow! I could go on and on about how wonderful this hotel is. I work with hotels around the world and get to experience some incredible properties. The staff here is truly amazing, they made our stay comfortable, welcomed us and made us fall in love with Vietnam as this was our first stop on our trip. I am truly so thankful we chose this hotel. The rooms are impeccably clean, the breakfast has something for everyone and the pool is a great hideaway from the busy city. If you are considering where to stay there is no need to look any further. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you to all the staff for welcoming us with open arms!

The kindest and most helpful staff. The receptionist, the team who greet you at the door, the waiters and the waitresses in the breakfast room, all make sure that you have the most pleasant stay possible. Excellent breakfast with lots of vegetarian options. Very good massage in the spa.

初めてのハノイ滞在で口コミがとても良かったので利用させていただきました！お出迎えからお見送りまで本当に快くおもてなししてくださり感動でした！ウェルカムドリンクで出していただいたアプリコットがとても気に入り、購入を希望すると快く承諾してくれました。帰りの便が早く、朝食のBOXも用意してくれました。毎日の朝食もとてもレベルが高く美味しかったです！滞在中、初日に担当してくださった女性が度々声をかけてくださり、とても素敵な思い出を作ることができました！！温泉はプライベートの貸切で男女分かれていないので、利用する場合は注意してください。時間も最大35分で日本人にとっては短いため、追加料金を支払えば延長できます。私たちは45分にしました。スパも素晴らしかったです！

We stayed at Hotel du Lac Signature for one night before traveling to Sapa, and it was absolutely perfect. Every detail—from the prime location and pristine rooms to the delicious breakfast and relaxing spa—exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, but special thanks must go to the Guest Manager, Rose. Her exceptional service was truly commendable and made our stay stand out. Honestly, the service level here felt even superior to the 5-star Hotel de la Coupole we visited in Sapa. My spouse and I are already planning a return trip to Hanoi just to stay here again. Highly recommended!

This property was, by far, the best property so far on my journey through Thailand and Vietnam. The upgraded room was sensational with really comfy bedding. Lilly and Aiden were my favorites. They even allowed me to check in early. Both of them made my time there totally enjoyable. Aiden also coached me on full day activities. I only wish I’ll have an experience like this property while in Vietnam, but I don’t think so.

Stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. Want to start by saying all of the hotel staff were super friendly and were there to answer any questions which we had (very knowledgeable!). Room was very clean and spacious and the breakfast options were by far the best we had during our stay in Vietnam. They had a set buffet breakfast which changed daily but also a menu which you can order hot items from which was nice. The swimming pool was nice and clean with a shower in the room. The hotel was also perfectly situated - you are a short walk away into the main old quarter with lots of restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location, making it easy to explore the city and everything it has to offer. What really stood out, though, was the service—especially from Rose. She was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond by giving us food recommendations around the area. We ended up trying all of her suggestions, and every single place was amazing. It honestly made our trip even more memorable. Overall, the combination of a comfortable stay and outstanding service made this hotel a great choice. I’d definitely recommend Hotel du LAC to anyone visiting Hanoi.
