was extremely disappointed with my first hotel choice, which prompted me to book this hotel instead. I can't fully describe the amazing experience I had here. I have never been treated so well at any hotel I have stayed in throughout my lifetime. The staff knew me by name, addressed me personally, and greeted me warmly every time they saw me. The staff was simply incredible. I can't believe this hotel isn't ranked number one among the four hotels in the group. I am seriously considering coming back to Vietnam just so I can stay here again. It was truly a phenomenal experience, and I am sincerely thankful and grateful to every member of the staff—from the front desk team to the amazing chefs and servers who made the breakfast buffet such a wonderful experience. Thank you all for making my stay so memorable. —Alpha

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful property nice and close to everything in the Old Quarter but couldn’t hear any road noise from our rooms which was so nice when getting a restful night’s sleep. Rooms were always kept so nice and clean and comfortable too! The staff were all so amazing - they really went above and beyond! The check-in experience was so relaxing, the assistance getting to our rooms, the attention to detail in the information they give you, and how friendly and genuine they all were! Can’t commend the staff enough - greeting us by name, asking about our day and making sure we were looked after. Concierge also looked after us when we inquired about booking in for a day cruise and made the whole process so easy which was so nice especially being in a foreign country. The breakfast buffet was also great! At first it doesn’t seem like much but you can sit down and order items off the inclusive menu for a chef to prepare it fresh - such an amazing idea and we loved having breakfast everyday! Can’t recommend Hotel du Lac Signature highly enough! Made our honeymoon so special!

In the middle of the old quarter, this hotel is in a great location-walkable to everything. The buffet was amazing and you can also order eggs to order as well as waffles, pancakes etc. The staff is amazing -always helpful and remembering our names. We left our bags for a few days when we did a cruise to LAN Ha bay and they were so accommodating. Special shout out to Rose who must be in management. And Anna was wonderful at the front desk too.

Wonderful hotel experience. They staff was excellent and very accommodating. The hotel is very modern and new, and the food is also excellent. We enjoyed it so much that we booked an additional night for when we were back in Hanoi.

Staff was highly attentive - really helpful in getting you anything you needed. Breakfast buffet was very nice, great view, both buffet and waited ordering service. Some great folks - Mr Thomas the manager, Viper in the bell staff, Luisa at the front desk, Adriana at night staff. The indoor pool was really nice. Thank you for great experience

From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The entire staff was warm, friendly, and attentive, and they consistently went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. By the end of our stay, they knew us by name, remembered the little details, and made us feel less like guests and more like valued friends. That level of personal service is rare and made a lasting impression. We did encounter an issue with our room, but Rose handled it with professionalism, kindness, and genuine care. She listened, took ownership of the situation, and made sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction. Her compassion and commitment to making our stay enjoyable turned an unexpected situation into a positive experience. She is a wonderful example of what great hospitality looks like. Every interaction we had with the team was pleasant. Whether we had a question, needed assistance, or were simply passing through the lobby, everyone greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome. You can tell the staff takes pride in creating a comfortable, inviting atmosphere for their guests. The exceptional service we received is what we'll remember most about our stay. The hotel is brand new, everything is fitted out to a very high standard and the location is perfect. What really sets this hotel apart though is the service. They are friendly and attentive and even learn all your names. Nothing was too much trouble for them and their warm welcome on our return each day really made the Hanoi experience for us. It's slightly more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is worth every one of the extra pennies.

Thoroughly loved my experience at Du Lac Signature Hanoi. Greeted immediately with such professional, personable and kind staff members. Sarah guided us through our room and our booking with a welcome drink, noting all the incredible offers available to us. The staff members also kindly offered us a free upgrade to a balcony room which my partner and I felt incredibly grateful for. Our room came with buffet breakfast which was a beautiful selection of both international and local Vietnamese dishes consistently changing across each day of our stay. The gym and swimming pool were quite small, but very well maintained and clean. During our time in the lobby or outside for quick smoking breaks, staff would be quick to arrange a refreshing water. Staff members would always be there to great us before our outings and upon our return, we felt very well looked after and consistently satisfied. After checking out of the hotel for a Ha Long Bay cruise, and returning to the hotel for drop off service, the hotel allowed my partner and I to leave our bags with them while we went out for our final hour in Hanoi city. These small details really stood out to me. The overall service at Du Lac was incredibly notable, all staff members were so friendly and this hotel has remained a very impactful part of my stay in Vietnam. I hope to visit again in the near future.

관광객들을 위해 위치 좋았습니다. 베트남 느낌 물씬나고 외국인들이 많았습니다. 그런데 그것보다 더 대단한건 직원들이 모두 진짜 친절했습니다. 해외 호텔 많이 다녀봤지만 처음보는 친절함이었습니다. 5성급과도 비교가 안됩니다. 조식도 맛있었고 퀄리티가 좋았습니다. 방에 창문이 없었지만 괜찮았습니다. 아주 칭찬합니다!

Magnifique hôtel très bien situé pour visiter Hanoï. Le personnel est adorable, extrêmement agréable et serviable. Les chambres sont impeccables, le petit déjeuner est exceptionnel - proposé au 9e étage avec une vue imprenable sur la vieille ville. Cet hôtel est vivement recommandable.
