Nice clean new hotel for family , breakfast is Ok.

We reserved a room with 4 bedrooms. This place is quite pleasant but a little smaller than what I expected. It is on a tourist street or a street full of hotels, I assume. The location is also near the city night market and you can easily walk around and find street vendors selling warm soy milk and good yogurt.

The rooms are quite large. They work really well with families. The bed was very comfortable. My room has a balcony which I always like so I can open the room for fresh air. Breakfast buffet was really good with different cuisine choices Chinese, Vietnamese, European. I particularly liked the new tea shop that opened just off the lobby called Royal tea. I liked that I could walk to the night market and several restaurants.

We booked a room with 5 beds, nice view and very clean on July. I heard some noise in my room near the stairs but it was not their fault. We had a good holiday. Thank you for your service.

Absolutely nothing could be said about this hotel. This is our first time staying here, and we are delighted with the service that is given here. From the bell to the receptionist, they were welcoming and polite. They will be happy to assist you with anything you need. Free and excellent wifi. Very clean restaurant on the first floor. The restaurant staff is also nice and cordial. If you need to travel short distances to Da Lat, I think this hotel is the spot on your list. Although it isn't too large, it is very warm and cozy. I strongly suggest it.

Decepção, funcionários com falta de b preparo, mal humorados. Falta chuveiro no banheiro, hotel extremamente barulhento. Café da manhã é uma piada, faltam produtos pois os funcionários não repõe, não oferecem frutas.

Hotel didn't meet the reviews given. Upon entering the room there we were hit with a strong musky smell. The flooring was extremely dirty with multiple strains on the surface, including a burn that indicated someone had been smoking in the room. TV was crooked and could not be straightened. We called the front desk, who was not helpful, and asked to change rooms...no others were available. Of course we asked for them to clean the floor, which they could not do. They did a poor job cleaning and never followed up about the room. Breakfast was included with the room. It was okay to begin with; however, the selection became less and less each progressive day. Additional, there was limited selection with minimal change in the variety. We would not recommend this hotel.
