This hotel is truly remarkable. I spent four nights here while on a family vacation. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. It boasts pristine cleanliness and offers ample sunlight. Situated in the heart of the historic district of hanoi, this hotel stands out as an exceptional value. Without reserving i highly recommend it.

A cute little hotel located in the heart of the old town. The biggest plus is the excellent breakfast, extremely helpful and friendly service (thanks to Mike). The rooms are generally quite small, but the only thing i dont like about the hotel is a gym because there arent many good sports options nearby. Perhaps theyll renovate the eighth floor and add one, who knows?.

The room and bathroom are clean, wellappointed, and comfortable. The breakfast buffet is delicious and there is a wide variety. Very helpful and polite staff, all in an excellent old quarter location not too far from the lake, what more could you want for? I give 5 stars without hesitation.

We had a wonderful time at this location. The staff, especially sophie at the front desk, are very friendly and helpful. Ms. Kim also assisted me in booking i trip to halong bay and offered to book cab to the airport. On the first day, we arrived very early in the morning and she found us if we could check in early. This made our arrival very comfortable. We were able to shower and rest earlier than expected. Room is large and clean. Breakfast has many vegetarian options and different types of fresh fruit juice. At dinner, ive also tried the restaurant and the food was delicious. Hotel is in tasier location with excellent service. My favorite service is the shower on the ground floor. I spent my last day visiting the city and sweating from the heat. Its great to be unable to take b shower after checkout and before leaving for the plane!.

We came for an anniversary trip. The atmosphere is very welcoming and has a hint of attentive service. On arrival, there is greeted with hospitable drinks and fruit, which make us feel very special. We are also surprised when we arrive in our room, fully decorated with flowers and two lovely swans on our bed that i hadnt mentioned before that we love fresh flowers. Also, the location is close to everything. Staff are bbq nice and supportive especially boris who is really caring about our stay, we can feel her smile warm and welcoming. Its said to be rated as if it is 4 star, but the service is absolutely 5 star. Buffet is delicious, especially pumpkin soup. Spa is not onsite but not too far away, spa staff have very good knowledge of what they are doing, and we even had lowered the price for hotel guests. Very reasonable price considering such edgy hotels like this. Thank you very much and will definitely be back on next trip!

I only stayed here for one night because my husband and i just needed a place to sleep in the old quarters for the night. This place is small but wow, the service. We were very impressed. I had gotten he better experience than ive ever imagined. Everyone is so nice. Thank you very much!.

Amazing staff. David, thank you. I realized once i got to the airport that ive forgotten my passport and money in the safe of my hotel room. The manager, david, picked it up, put it in two envelopes, and took it 45 minutes by taxi to get to this airport. For the sake of transparency, he recorded the entire process of collecting and packing passports and cash! This goes far beyond his duty. Without davis and his staffs assistance, we would have missed the flight and the connection. Regards on darius and your crew. In light of this, im strongly recommend the hotel for its location and breakfast. Although the room was small and had no windows, it was clean and reasonably priced for that purpose. On my way to Bangkok and back from halong bay, there was only one night.

I had a great time staying here. Before visiting sapa, stay here for one night. The room and service were excellent and cozy. It was advisable to upgrade our room to resemble stodgy balcony. Everything is close by. Although the package includes breakfast, we are unable to have it because our bus arrives before breakfast time. They packed us with fruit and bread. Even more importantly, they inquired about our preferences for booze before checking out early in the morning.

The price is worth it with the quality. The staff are friendly and always help the boarder. Its a small hotel in the heart of the city. Although it is tucked away in midmarket and the streets are narrower than other areas, the location is excellent. Night market and other local sightseeing spots are within walking distance. Most importantly, hotel manager Sophie will always guide you there with personal attention. Rooms are wellequipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, i had dreadful stay for 2 nights.

The breakfast was just as good as the room! It may not have a pool or gym, but its really top class! I would love to return! We had utterly loved our stay here, and we would have extended our visit if we could. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful at every turn.

I have some mobility issues, so it was ideal for me. The hotel is also in the center of everything, making it really simple to walk. They were so kind and helpful that we parted with a hug. I never considered leaving unbiased reviews like this, but i heartily endorse this hotel because of its employees.
