The hotel itself was lovely and in a great location but the staff was what made our stay special. When we arrived they gave us a free upgrade and the staff was always friendly and helpful. Breakfast is also good.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff is all very friendly and quick to help us when we ask for help and even often take the initiative to offer help. They also introduced us to a free hani city tour and helped arrange everything which made our trip enjoyable!

I strongly advise everyone visiting Hani to stay at the Sap Hotel in case something happens because I believe you would be in good hands. During my visit, I was really happy to choose this hotel. The hotel was also clean, and all the staff were truly amazing. Thank you so much! My card was robbed by a local bank ATM during my stay. The sap staff was very accommodating in sorting out the incident, particularly my leadership personnel if you see this message, please raise him a bit!

Fantastic customer service! From arranging a ride, storing our luggage, and providing food suggestions, the staff listened to all our requests! It is simple to communicate with the employees because they speak fluent English. The hotel is in a very busy area with lots of street vendors. There is a lot of bustle and a 10-minute walk to the most popular Hani destinations.

Overall, a pleasant stay but a basic hotel. The staff is very kind and helped us organize a driver hotel transfers, etc. A tidy, basic hotel in a fantastic setting. After reading some really good reviews, we had high hopes for our twin room, but we were a little dissatisfied. The main areas for improvement were the beds, which were incredibly uncomfortable. Extremely difficult! There weren't many choices for breakfast, the basement felt dark and dingy, and a few flies around the food.
