We stayed here for 3 nights and it was enjoyable. Upon arrival and throughout our stay the staff are very welcoming and helpful, and provide a small map of the area and also point out all of the the main attractions, very helpful! I read before coming that some people complained they were “pushy” but I thought they were just being helpful and were interested in making their town enjoyable to visitors. They also assisted us in booking an overnight train from Da Nang to Nha Trang as well as providing bowls so we could make soups etc in our room. The room we were in had a nice comfy bed, TV with some English channels, kettle, etc. There was a bit of noise given you could hear the family that lives downstairs but no street noise which was very nice! We walked to the night market 2 nights in a row. It is a little bit of a walk but not bad for us. Also nearby are a few local eateries, convenience stores and coffee shops, if you walk a bit more there is so much, if you are not into walking they also allow you to use bikes for free. The beach is about 5km away, a long walk if you are into it or a very short cab ride. Our room had a separated bathroom and hot water! Which you don’t always get at a price like this. Other rooms had ensuite bathrooms. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay, I thank the staff for their undying hospitality and we would stay here again if in Hoi An!

This homestay is just beyond my expectation! The most friendly staff, super clean beautiful comfy room and nice location to visit the old town of Hoi An! I even got a free upgrade for a special room and I absolutely loved all the experience I had here :) If you are planning to visit Hoi An, then this is the place! I guarantee that this homestay will make your trip just perfect!!

Excellent hotel, good location 10 minutes bicycle to beach 5 minutes to old town. Excellent modern clean rooms with very nice bathroom. Wi-fi,air-conditioning,mini bar,kettle,hair dryer lots of things you'd get in only far more expensive hotels

We had a very nice stay at Jolie's in December. Initially we booked for 3 nights. But soon after we found out that we had to take an overnight bus to our next destination, we tried to change our booking to 2 nights. Unfortunately it wasn't possible without calling Hotels.com overseas. Jolie's staff answered my messages and tried to help me but in vain. They upgraded our room for the second night and let us check out in the evening before our bus ride instead. It was very considerate of them. Moreover, they lent us the bikes for free! it would be better if they made sure the brakes actually work, considering how awful the traffic in Vietnam is. Overall, I would say Jolie's Homestay was an excellent choice and recommend it to those who are looking for budget stay in a tranquil resident area in Hoian! :)

Personnel vraiment très gentil. Bellle chambre spacieuse, belle salle de bain avec eau chaude. Un peu loin de la vieille ville mais les vélos sont gratuits. Hôtel a recommander, très bon séjour !!

가격 대비 매우 훌륭한 숙소 버스터미널 근처라 편리 구시가랑 거리는 좀 있으나 자전거 무려대여해서 가면 좋음 아주 깨끗하고 깔끔하며 쾌적함 아쉬운건 룸서비스가 다음날 이뤄지지 않았음(냉장고를 채우지않음. 청소를 아함) 24시간 데스크가 아님.
