Yummy breakfast buffet with a variety of Vietnamese and Western-style options. Friendly and attentive staff who always greeted me with a smile. Rooms are well maintained albeit walls are on the thinner side so would hear my neighbours’ conversations sometimes at night but I fall asleep easy so it wasn’t an issue for me. Rooftop bar is great for cooling down during from the intense heat of the city.

Absolutely loved this hotel, staff were so kind and welcoming, our room was spacious and there was a lot to do and see within walking distance. Breakfast was good and the rooftop pool and bar were gorgeous! Beware the beds are very hard and firm (although we had this problem in other areas of Vietnam as well).

The Kin is a beautiful hotel right in the heart of district 1. The room was very nice very comfortable. The rooftop bar and pool was a great way to unwind after a day of tours. Top notch staff also! Very friendly.

We loved our stay at Kin Hotel. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The hotel was perfectly located for visiting the city sights, getting on the hop on hop off bus at the Opera House but easy walking distance to a lot of the sights too. It was great to get back and cool off at the roof top bar and pool, and the staff here were extra friendly. Great vibes.

We were very happy with the hotel. The rooftop bar and pool was great. The room was clean, spacious and we slept well. Good breakfast selection. The location was perfect for exploring the city by foot. Staff very helpful and friendly, without being too much. Would recommend without hesitation.

Located on a quiet street, this lovely hotel is within walking distance to the areas we wanted to vist. Hotel staff are very friendly and welcoming and the rooms are modern and clean. Breakfast was basic but good quality. The rooftop bar is worth a visit for excellent views of the city with great cocktails!

The KIN Hotel was a nice surprise in that the rooms were as nice as depicted in the pictures, the lobby was impressive, the staff were friendly and it had a great rooftop pool and bar. The location was good and easy to walk to restaurants, shopping and the river. We stayed for 3 nights and found it to be very enjoyable.

It’s a relatively new hotel so condition is great. Comfortable, clean rooms with very attentive staff. Limited food options but breakfast ok. Great location
