All-day comfort. Neat and well-maintained.

The room is clean and wellkept. Housekeepers clean the room twice a week for monthly rentals. So far everyone here is so kind and friendly. I really like the people who work here. Location close to local market and lots of restaurants here, prices are reasonable and fairly cheap. And of course the taste is much better than branded restaurants. My husband loves local drinks such as milk tea and coffee, which are 5 minutes walk from here

The service provided was satisfactory, and the staff members were friendly. However, the toilet drainage system in my room is not optimal, resulting in water spilling into my chamber. Nonetheless, it was quickly resolved by the lobby staff, which went above and beyond to resolve the issue. Bravo!.

This location was fantastic! We were dropped off at 2 am by our grab in an alleyway and we both thought, 'this cannot be right. The driver assured us it was and took off, leaving us to wander down the allee and around to the left. We quickly found the place behind a large beautiful iron gate where security let us in. I walked up ten stairs, and lo and behold. Most beautiful hotel lobby ive ever seen, complete with sand pool. Rooms were impeccable and food was delicious. Always eat local cuisine when traveling, you cant go wrong. Cocktails are also very good and reasonably priced compared to other hotels. It is worth waiting if youre patient because the hotel is still relatively new and is currently resolving some logistics issues. Here, the service is the best part. Amazing! My partner woke up this morning with terrible sore throat. When i asked the person at the desk he could go out to meds, aircon, or even masks. He returned minutes later with an arsenal of medications and things! Very helpful. Love this place. Nothing negative to say.

The hosts are warm and friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is fresh and has a wide variety. I always start my day with warm food. So i felt like im in heaven and there was also soup.

In the beginning of 2023, i stayed here. Although the location isnt particularly close to the center, there are numerous restaurants serving vietnamese cuisine nearby. The room was excellent, with exquisite artwork painted on the walls and incredibly comfortable chairs and beds. It felt smaller than it appears in the photographs, but it was still very cozy. There were also many lighting choices, which was nice. Shower was fantastic. If you wanted to eat, the room had plates or bowls and an air conditioner. While the internet was fine, we didnt ask because the pool was so cold and they promised to bring towels for us, however, it wasnt until a halfhour that the tv itself was dingy. They are able to check in early, even though we arrived an hour early and were informed that we could look at the apartment but hadnt checked in yet, so the accommodation was ready. We saw the space and then checked out the rooftop, and after that, they changed their minds and allowed us to enter the chamber eventhough it hadn't been 2 pm yet. Because of the balcony location, this made it difficult for our enjoyment of it. You would much prefer the tub inside the rooms view of neighboring roof because you have to hear the air conditioning unit clanking outside the door, constant water draining sounds, etc. I think the bathroom occasionally smelled bad because of its slow elevator

Trang was a wonderful host and guide who helped me find great places to eat! The staff was all very friendly and i had the best experience in ages for any hotel. It deserves 5 stars, the interiors are beautiful and clean, even got hygienic upgrade to the duplex for free since it was available! A lovely place with friendly staff who go out of their way to help. An oasis in this area of hong kong. The buffet breakfast is not as good as the rest of the experience, but dont let that stop you from trying!.

I am very happy to stay with them. The hotel is very clean and the staff are very friendly and ready to help at any time if you ask. It was my first time in vietnam but i really like the people in it. I recommend the guest to remain at this hotel because it is conveniently located.

It will be difficult to find this hotel if its your first time visiting it, especially since there are several hotels with the same name. The breakfast on the top floor was also good, and the staff was really kind and helpful. There is an outdoor bathtub is excellent, but the room we had was next to a building with sconces that you can see unless you use it.

It was a lovely place to stay with excellent service, savory breakfast, and topnotch amenities. Its really simple to get around the city using the grab app. The air conditioning is also flawless. Trang nguyen provided us with exceptional service and assisted us in planning trips and exploring the area.

The hotel is in a local area. Which is what we wanted, not in the touristy areas but at the same time there wasnt much nearby. The rooms are very modern and clean the bed was quite firm but still very comfortable. Breakfast was good i thought, many other reviews said it was very basic actually thought it had supper with utensils and toiletries. Our outdoor bath in room 106 was falling flat was stained and cracked. For as stuffy and humid as the hotel was. Air conditioning in our room was great! Worked well. Lots of staff. It was enough attention. When we arrived, we were shown to our apartment which was not the room we booked. We had paid for an executive suite with an outdoor bathtub in this smaller, basic room. After saying something, they immediately take us to the correct room when we say something. So please make sure you are in proper room on arrival. Please make certain you get what you pay for, several other reviewers also state that when you arrive, you were taken to your wrong room because you can hear what is going on. Also, the ground floor was crowded, so you could hear everything around, but not loudly, although you didnt want to be upset. Overall, its ok for the price.

We were a little concerned when our taxi dropped us off and pointed us to the end of saggy alleyway, but as soon as we turned the corner, we were very pleasantly surprised. The hotel is really nice, with idly breakfast, tastier indoor pool with pool towels, and spacious rooms.

The stay was enjoyable, the room was clean, and trang was very helpful. Her service was exceptional, she helped us secure a reasonably priced bus to Phan Thiet. Breakfast was adequate, but the hot food appeared to have been sitting there for some time, even 30 minutes after its opening. From 6.30 am to 9.30 pm, breakfast is served from 6.40 am until 6.45 am, with only half ready.

Upon checkin, we were given a warm welcome. The air conditioning operated efficiently and the room was tastefully furnished. Breakfast was delicious, especially the omelet. However, there was one minor issue with the bed being too firm for us. Although the spa wasnt open, directions to it were provided within ten minutes walk, and it was inexpensive!.

I had a great time here. The service staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and pleasant, and they were always happy to welcome me with grins. There was tastier pool in the lobby, which added to the atmosphere. To keep me company, there would be iced tea or chilly cold tea available whenever i sat in line for my transportation in front of the foyer. I also want to thank manager huy. He went out of his way to accommodate any requests we might have. Thank you!.
