We only passed by the hotel and it looked interesting enough for us to look inside. Aubrey welcomed us warmly and showed us around. That experience resulted in canceling our existing 5 star hotel reservation and moving to la sinfonia, as well as booking a cruise and massage through the hotels with aubreyer arranging everything for me. What he is. The hotel itself is great. It is located in the old quarter and very conveniently located for all major sightseeing areas and as such the rooms tend to be smaller with shabby atmosphere and lovely decor. However, the highlight here is the service and the topnotch staff. We had opulent experience, albeit short stay. Next time we are in hanoi, we will come back here.5,0/59 Feb 2024

The atmosphere of warmth and luxury that greeted me from the moment ive entered the elegant lobby immediately made for a memorable stay. At the La sinifonia magnifestity hotel, the staff is exceptional they are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure guests have cherished experiences. Every corner shows the attention to detail, with impeccable cleanliness standards. After navigating hanes city, ill find my room to be pleasantly relaxing. A major advantage of the hotel is its central location, which provides easy access to wellknown attractions, bustling markets, or delectable local restaurants. Its ideal spot to relax with tepid drinks on the rooftop bar, where you can enjoy sweeping views of all of it. What truly distinguishes la sineferia magnificiency hotel apart from other places is their commitment to guest satisfaction. In terms of local knowledge and helping plan my itinerary, concierge was invaluable. I appreciated the attentiveness of every member of staff, making me feel valued as compared to other guests throughout my stay because of how thoughtful the entire team was. We had a great time there, and it was possibly the best hotel we have ever been to. The hotel was excellent right away and was conveniently located in the heart of the old quarter and next to hoan kiem lake. Rooms are large, comfortable, clean, with modern amenities. Breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious and offered dozens of local and international dishes. But what truly made our stay so memorable was the amazing staff. They were all friendly, professional, attentive, making us feel welcome and comfortable. We would like to thank ms. Aubrey from the front desk who was very kind and helpful from checkin. She explained the hotel facilities and services and gave us tips on what to see and do in town. One morning while breakfast, she went out of her way to get us some flu medication from taverns, which was only reserved for kings in hotels with fivestar ratings. He is literally the greatest hotel executive weve ever encountered in all our travels! She is the epitome of excellence in customer service and truly an asset to la sinfonia Majesty. On our last day, at 6 am, he even made the effort to drop us off with idly with his gift of homemade cookies. Her colleagues and lil help make this hotel very different. The room was immaculate. The first two nights, the bathroom glass door creaked a lot, but on the third night, it had been repaired without my permission. Additionally, there was excellent service from the personnel. Julie, in particular, offered to assist us in making reservations at supper while she was conversing with us about our day plans. The most wonderful hotel stay i have ever had in hanoi was at the la sinfonia Majesty hotel and spa, which ive had the pleasure of staying at. Julie deserves special recognition for being so kind and caring, and she even gave us savoring gifts on our departure day. It was immaculately clean and wellkept. In the lobby, there was live piano music adding opulence to the atmosphere. Ive never slept on softer bed, with perfect pillows and padded mattresses. There arent any more comfortable pillows or mattresses in the room, but they were excellent. Even in europe, ill never come across pillows that are so cozy, thus its incredibly advantageous! The rooftop bar offered fantastic signature cocktails with sweeping city views. After navigating haitering day, it was the ideal way to unwind. La sinfonia hotel has a 5star rating and is newly renovated. The staff is the friendliest and most caring hotel staff in hanoi. There is better service than any fivestar hotel ive ever been to in Hanoi, the area is convenient walking distance to the lake and the busy oldtown street welcome drink and daily breakfast are adequate. Room size is compact, with options for both large and small rooms. I was fortunate to receive stipends on their recently opened spa, and they were gracious enough to give me souvenirs. A special thank you to Julie and her manager. They both stood by the side of the road, talking to my pickup driver, making sure i arrived at the airport on time. Incredible hotel employees made the stay quite memorable. Im hoping theyll open their roof bar soon and continue providing excellent service.
