I would most certainly return here. The staff here were the friendliest hotel staff ive ever encountered in vietnam. Everyone was lovely, including the doorman, the receptionists, cleaners and food workers. They were really kind and helpful. Everything i needed was at the hotel, towels, mirrors of soap, tvs even dressing gowns! You had a choice of cuisine at breakfast, which was based on utensils. Many thanks to everyone!.

Very nice hotel located in the old quarter, the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious and the buffet was a great idea to help yourself.

This hotel offered excellent value. Despite being somewhat antiquated, the room was immaculate. The hotel had a helpful staff that was eager to assist guests and even provided dozens of travel advice and spelled out many directions on the area. Although i only had fruit and coffee, both buffet and la carte options were available, and the breakfast appeared and smelled delicious. It was incredibly affordable because of its central location in the old quarter, which gave guests plenty of opportunities to explore, dine, or enjoy bars.

I give this hotel a 5 star rating because i think the staffs nature is too good, especially the receptionists, and the location is also good. I recommend executive suite to everyone. The amount is worth it. Anyone visiting hanoi, please book this accommodation.

This is a fantastic place to stay in hanoi. I would suggest it to everyone. Jessica assisted us with our booking for the Ha Long bay cruise, which was fantastic and wellorganized. The personnel are really nice. Both the rooms and the breakfast were very cozy. All of the staff members will miss me.

Ini adalah tempat yang indah untuk tinggal di kawasan tua Hanoi. Letaknya di jalan kecil dengan bendera warna-warni dan tepat di seberang kedai kopi kecil. Cukup nyaman untuk berjalan kaki ke tempat-tempat terdekat seperti Benteng.

It was a pleasant stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, the staff were very friendly and spoke pretty good english! The location was very convenient if you wanted to just walk around the old quarters. Room was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. Overall nothing to complain about.

The location is ideal for exploring the old city of hanoi. I stayed in a room with one double bed and one single bed. Everything is fine. It appears to be rated as if it were based on ten stars. All the staff members were very gentle and supportive.

The location is close to train street and other attractions. The breakfast provided was good. All the staff were friendly and helpful, they helped us plan our tour during booking.

The location is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They will prepare your selected menu for you, and the complimentary breakfast provided everything i needed. If youd like, you can also bring anything to go. Wifi is also reliable. 801 is a very spacious and pleasant room. There was some odor from 301, which is quite small. Still acceptable for one night, especially considering the affordable price.

The rooms are nice and clean. Basic amenities but i think this is typical of vietnam. The staff were helpful. Not a long walk to all the attractions in the old and french quarters. Breakfast is simple but good quality. Great location.

The location is excellent. In a lane away from busy roads. Quiet considering its in the old quarter. Theres an interesting food market in this area. The staff is extremely helpful and courteous. Breakfast options are both Vietnamese and western. Food is plentiful.

The hotel is excellent and the staff is friendly. The service was excellent. They frequently clean the room, but they occasionally fail to pick up trash. However, i am aware that they are probably not sure if ill want the bottles to go to the trash bin. Excellent laundry service. Friendly receptionists were helpful. In fact, they speak well and make excellent recommendations. Affordable and in a great location. Good room. Fantastic shower.
