This place is safe for female solo travelers. It is a great place to rest after hor hi hi in hanoi. The cleanliness of the room is good, the space is spacious, and the bed is comfortable. I will stay here again if given the chance. If you need to go to the city center, just download grab. Riding bike is also fun.

It was a truly wonderful experience to stay so close to the airport. The hotel is extremely reasonably priced and impeccably clean. Although the rooms are spacious and wellmaintained, the hosts are quite modest. I am very pleased with the service provided. Our meals at the hotel for lunch, dinner, and breakfast were all excellent, each prepared to our preferences at incredibly low prices.

Our stay at the hotel was perfect! We received a free upgrade, and the room was very comfortable. It was incredibly pleasant to meet the entire family and staff, who are all very kind, helpful, happy, etc. The breakfast was delicious. They even locked our bike inside.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly. I had a problem with the taxi driver, but he quickly resolved it and helped me. The room was really spacious and comfortable. They carried all our luggage and breakfast in the morning was warm and delicious. Above all, i think the kindness and interest of the staff will be remembered for ages. Thank you and the price is very good.

The room was large. The owner upgraded our room to a larger one for my parents comfort free. Its close to the airport and easy to get cabs. They can help you call tuktu taxis for 100 k vnd if you need to go to an airport early in the morning as well.

We arrived late in the evening from siem reap and had to go to the airport for our connection first thing in morning. I didnt want or need to return to hanoi, just a clean quiet place to sleep. Had heard of these airport hotels and wanted to try them for fun. The owners were very kind. It had 3 super twin beds and air conditioning. There was absolutely no dust in this room. They offered beers for $.80. We had slumber all night. In the morning they served toast, fried eggs, bananas, and coffee. Just fine for us and only $26 per night!.

The room is as shown in the photo, the furniture is not new, but everything is there. The bed is spacious and comfortable. We have our own transfer. Everything was excellent all around! Wonderful hotel staff greeted us with an umbrella in case of rain, assisted with luggage (the stairs are steep and there is no lift in this hotel), upon request, fried extra free eggs for kids for breakfast, and gave us a family room. Although we said that if i had one bed, it would suffice. Problems were quickly and with grin.

Kamarnya bersih, kasurnya juga bersih. Sayangnya gak ada lift jadi dibantu sama petugasnya angkat bagasi saya ke kamar, kebetulan saya dapat kamar lantai 3. Lokasinya deket bandara cuma 10-15 menit, tapi sekitar lokasi hotel susah cari makan, order grabfood juga susah. Saya senang karena kamar saya di upgrade menjadi family room walaupun saya sendirian.
