Overall, i had a great experience at this hotel and highly recommend if you want to stay in hanoi. The accommodation is in an excellent location in the old quarters. Hana, Jenny, and yuen, the staff, did an outstanding job. Breakfast is of high quality, especially the soup noodles.

This hotel is excellent! It is located in the historic town of hoan kiem lake. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the service is good. I can definitely recommend it.

The hotel manager was very sweet and accommodating, the service was excellent and they also shared many information and recommendations about traveling in hanoi. The location is also very convenient and is close to the night market at old quarters. Cleanliness in the room was also good!.

The location was ideal. You wont find a better staff. Helpful and always friendly. The breakfast was more than ample and delicious. Service was excellent. We had savored our stay so much! Dont miss out on an opportunity to stay with the team at lavender central.

The location is strategic and the service is very good. When we arrived at checkin, we were greeted with a cold towel and drink. We were also provided with free water in our room every day. Our air conditioner wasnt working so it was fixed right away.

This hotel was perfect for our family stay. The manager, hana, was exceptional. She took excellent care of our household. Excellent location and breakfast chefs. Thank you very much. All central areas are easily accessible from the location. Hana is quite capable of organizing events.

The hotel offers a convenient airport pickup service. However, the price can be tastier. Additionally, it required replacement of several of the lamps in the room. To get to the tourist attractions, taking gourmet or bus is probably the best option. The room was lacking in towels, kitchen equipment, and lacked traction on the bed. It was also quite challenging to take chilly showers there. You have access to irrational fitness center. There is also onsite cafe and shop in this building.

The room is small and comfortable, wellmaintained and equipped with all the amenities needed. There isnt enough storage space, but thats okay. The staff is outstanding, helpful, and very friendly. They go above and beyond to assist you.

This is our first hotel in hanoi. We booked for 3 nights. The room was clean and nice. They served a delicious breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. For our initial bun cha and our inaugural pho, they gave us great advice. If you book tours with them, just compare the price with other companies first.

The rooms are clean and the bathrooms have modern fittings. I chose the room facing the street. Great location for those visiting hanoi for the first time. It is in the center of the old quarter.

This hotel is definitely worth the money! It has been the most excellent hotel ive ever stayed at. Great location, really nice and clean rooms, but the highlight that makes this such a great place to stay is the staff. They were very attentive and polite and went out of their way to help us during our stay there. Please come and experience it yourself.

The rooms were small but charming and the showers had plenty of hot water. They offer a free breakfast which is well stocked with Vietnamese food. Its located in the old quarter of hanoi and you are surrounded by 1 million street food options.

Overall, if i return to hanoi, well book this hotel again! The location was fantastic, once you exit, you are right in the heart of hanes city. We were able to walk around because it was very convenient and had easy access to many restaurants and sightseeing spots.

Its adequate to stay in hanoi for two nights. The room and reception service are excellent. Upgrades could be made to the breakfast. They offer a transportation package to various tourist attractions and even some tours. At 50,000 vnd per kilogram, the laundry costs incredibly little. We couldnt sleep for about an hour because the electricity was constantly switched on and off at the hotel, which has lost power. Additionally, they are nimble when it comes to checkout. Before we left to see if we had used the minibar, someone was waiting for us behind the door!.

Recommended for a reasonably priced stay in the heart of the old town. I stayed two nights (nonrecurring) in december so tried two rooms which were both ideal for our needs. Friendly greeting and service during our stay and the breakfast was perfect.

The location is in the heart of the old quarter! Easily accessible to all food, night market and many other good restaurants! While we were waiting for our room to check in at the lobby, the bellboy automatically gave us coffee and drink! The room is very clean and the price is reasonable, good!.
