We were initially given a room with two cockroaches and no window. It wasnt ideal. We were given a new room the next day, which was excellent and should be noted as well. The individual was really nice. The price was too high for the room.

Saya pergi ke Saigon untuk menonton konser ATVNCG Hari Saya kebetulan memesan hotel Level Saigon ini, yang sangat bagus. Kamarnya baru dan bersih dengan fasilitas dasar. Resepsionis dan stafnya ramah dan sopan, menunjukkan kepada saya dan suami saya banyak restoran enak dan banyak membantu kami selama kami tinggal. Kamarnya terletak tepat di tengah Distrik 1, jadi perjalanannya sangat nyaman, saya kebanyakan jalan kaki, kalaupun ambil ambil, harganya lebih murah. Lain kali saya mengunjungi Saigon, saya pasti akan kembali ke Level Saigon Hotel.

Kamarnya bersih dan indah. Staf hotel sangat antusias. Mereka juga menunjukkan tempat makan, minum, dan bersenang-senang. Saat check-out, saya harus menitipkan barang bawaan saya karena tur berlangsung sekitar 2- 3 hari, tetapi hotel tidak memungut biaya sepeser pun. Mereka bahkan membantu saya memesan tur ke Cu Chi.

I spent one night there. The staff, especially eirian, was extremely accommodating and friendly. He assisted us in looking over our luggage while we went out for lunch. The room was spacious and clean. Had everything you could possibly need in a hotel room. There are numerous stores below, a cafe below, and a nail salon and massage parlor with the hotel. There are many places to eat and massage within walking distance. Tourist attractions such as the market and city center are all within a 10minute drive. This would definitely be the place i will book a room at when i return to hcm.

The room is excellent. The staff is extremely accommodating. Even a sachet of nescafe was handed to me by a male front desk employee. Eirian, the female frontdesk employee, is incredibly kind, pleasant, and helpful. I appreciate the seevice. I am from indonesia.

My family and i stayed here for two nights and had a great time. The hotel is very modern and clean, and the staff went above and beyond. They were very helpful from the moment we checked in. This hotel is located in a very strategic area with lots of shopping and dining options. The prices are affordable and reasonable. Overall, this exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be back!.
