朝食ビュッフェのメニューが豊富でしかもどれを食べても美味しかったです。スタッフの方も皆さん親切で、旅行がより一層楽しくなりました。次回ハノイに行く時はまた、このホテルに泊まりたいです。ありがとうございました。

This hotel is in an excellent location. The atmosphere is quite colourful. The rooms are not very big but comfortable a enough. Great value for money. Fairly clean although a bit of noise from next door due to renovations. Above all, the best thing this hotel has is the Staff. 20/10 in customer service. That alone is enough reason to stay here again in the future. Every single staff member were fantastic and there service is hard to beat!

We stayed here for 4 nights, the service was always friendly and vey attentive. My wife love the decor of the hotel. We found it to also be in a great location for everything we wanted to do and see, the area was very walkable. The service was fantastic right up to them walking us safely across the street to our grab and staying to wave as we drove off. The service didn’t stop there they even reached out to us to make sure we arrived at the airport safely. I’m not sure how we picked this hotel from all the hotels in Hanoi but I’m sure glad we did!!!!

Breakfast is served daily with a wide variety of options and the taste is very satisfying. The staff's hospitality is wonderful, and I had a very enjoyable stay. I recommend this hotel for sightseeing, especially focusing on the old town.

11 out of 10. Our second time at Hotel du Lac. A terrific hotel with helpful bilingual staff. It is decorated beautifully, located next to old quarter. Very good breakfast. You will not be disappointed

Nice big room. Had a inside room without a window. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was variated and good. The staff was amazing, super friendly and helpful. The staff also spoke really good english. The service level was really high and therefore we strongly recommend this hotel. Just missing a pool on the roof, but its getting built in a few month
