The hotel offers excellent service and is conveniently located a little outside of the city center. However, its worth considering for its location. The receptionists were incredibly humble and supportive throughout our stay. They were also very helpful and guided us throughout that time. Additionally, the rooms were pleasant and wellkept.

I had a wonderful time at the London sapa hotel. The breakfast was excellent, the room was spotless, and the entire staff provided excellent service. Hoang was exceptionally kind, helping us reserve extra nights, buses, laundry, etc. And always greeting us with grins! Many thanks!.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They help with everything from airport transfers to currency exchanges, tips and tricks about sapa. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide variety of eggs, toasts and pancakes buffet. Highly recommend this place, you wont regret it. Price and quality are perfect.

Excellent value for the money. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again. The rooms were very spacious and clean, well ventilated, and the bathroom was clean with no drainage issues, which we have encountered frequently in budget hotels in Asia. Its merely walked along the lovely lake to town. I forgot to get his name, but the young man working at the reception was amazing. So friendly and welcoming. He gave us some recommendations for things to do in town and talked to us as we came in or left.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly. The rooms are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Breakfast is large and delicious and located with a nice view on the top floor. Location is perfect and peaceful by the lake.

Highly recommended. Very nice staff, especially ricky, tom, and nancy. They are very helpful with tours and suggestions. Staff help me plan my trip to sa pa, airline reservations, almost everything i ask for they fulfill. Good location. Breakfast has a good selection.

We were given a room for the night after arriving on short notice in the evening. It was cozy and spotless. To make sure there would be hot water, we had to wait 10 minutes after taking i drank before the next one. We had hot shower and didnt have any issues. The bathroom had dated instructions saying we should wait for 10 more minutes before taking another shower. A tv is nice. Conveniently located near shops and fairly close to the bus station.

We had a great time in this brandnew hotel. The location in the old center of hanoi is ideal. Close to good bars and restaurants. Its ideal for discovering hanes attractions. Jessica and her team are very kind and helpful. They gave us excellent advice. There is dozens of possibilities. We went on hu long bay for two days and one night, and it was just fantastic.

The location is 2 minutes walk from sapa bus station. Given a room in the middle of the hotel, so isolated from road noise. The room has 2 queen beds, air conditioning, and tv that connects to the internet, as well as sized shower room. There is only one strange thing about the room, it has screened windows that open to other rooms and sliding windows opening to hallways. Breakfast is served buffetstyle, with mainly main dishes, fruits, bread, typical coffee and tea, plus you can order food from the serving staff that isnt on the buffet table. Tip. When checking in, make sure you pay for your bill to avoid an impatient front desk staff during morning peak hours.

The staff at the hotel sapa in london were amazing, and the receptionist was also very kind and helpful. From the welcome drink and fruit at checkin to the decor of the room, comfort and cleanliness, we had no complaints. We only wish we could have stayed longer and booked another 3 nights because we really enjoyed the location.

This is a good option if you are traveling from hanoi by bus and want to stay in the city of sapa. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly. We also got supper which was also good. There are many restaurants nearby.

The location is not very good, the room is nice, and the staff is friendly. The restaurant is good and convenient. Early in the morning, there is a lot of noise because it faces the bus station. But im sure its much quieter than the hotels in town center these days because everything is under construction. Beware if they book you t he bus ticket to your next destination. Although it may sound very nice (and it always is), we advise you to get on the buses by your own advance unless you are okay getting that last seat on saturday, which could make the trip potentially long more uncomfortable, especially ft taller.

The only drawbacks were the hot water ran out after 5 - 7 minutes, and the majority of the staff couldnt speak english. However, the manager, ching, was fluent and very helpful. Good location, clean, spacious, quiet rooms, good internet connection, decent breakfast, excellent management.

We spent three nights there. Excellent hotel with the best services. Our stay was greatly enhanced by these little things. The complimentary early checkin and late checkout were what made it better. Cleanliness was maintained and the hotel was cozy. Every morning and afternoon, the manager and staff welcomed us all by name. Service was firstrate and pricing was fair. Free wifi and a nice room. My room has idly seen if its ok. Even allowing guests to use pcs is provided.

This hotel is a good choice for lodging. They serve wholesome breakfasts and hot showers. However, the mattresses are quite firm, even by hotel standards in vietnamese.
