The location is excellent and the staff is very helpful. However, the hotel and rooms need renovations. Additionally, there are very limited amenities - just one small pool and breakfast is below average.

The long life was a fantastic stay. The staff is always willing to assist with anything you need. A 2minute walk will take you to the market and bridge. Lovely pool and spotless rooms. Quiet. Strongly advised.

I really dont understand why this hotel doesnt have at least 4 stars. The location is great. Easily walkable to the historic town (just across the river). The staff were very warm and welcoming and went above and beyond to accommodate us, especially minh, my fiancee was on crutches from a motorcycle accident. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We spent 4 nights and we would have stayed longer if we could. Highly recommended!.

The breakfast was fantastic! A wide variety of vietnamese food options. The room was clean and the service was as expected. I wholeheartedly recommend it because the hotel is in the best location.

This hotel in hoi an should be your first choice! The location is ideal, right on the main street, with restaurants and shops just a short walk away. The rooms are lovely and spacious, and they provide comfortable chairs to unwind. Large standalone tubs are available in the bathroom, perfect for unsettling. Although the pool area is small, it has two separate seating areas and is very quiet. Van, the staff, is topnotch!.

The location is great, the staff is very helpful. The pool area is relaxing and the rooms are beautiful. Walking distance to the sights and nightlife of hoi an. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back!.

A lovely hotel with a friendly staff and interesting common services. Some services, such as wifi, are still to be reviewed (power outage), but this does not indicate the services and advice given to my large family.

The best thing about the hotel is its location. A short distance from the river and the night market. The staff is very kind and helpful. They have bikes available for guests to use. Breakfast was quite adequate. Unfortunately, the room smelled a little strange and looked shabby.

It would be difficult to find a hotel more conveniently located in the old town of hoi an! The hotel is genuinely secluded, with enchanting interior decor. Excellent breakfast and friendly service from all employees. Special thanks to minh, the general manager, who is hardworking and very helpful in providing hospitality. The firstfloor breakfast terrace offers excellent river views and strong wifi. Dont let the hitch wifi reception in this hotel deter you, every single cafe or bar has foc wifi with passwords that are openly signed. Long life river hotel deserves kudos!.

My wife and my fiveandahalfmonthold daughter had a wonderful time during our twonight visit at this hotel. The front desk staff named bich deserves credit for going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He also set up i car to go to the coconut fields. It is on the edge of old town, and many foreigners and visitors are unaware that old towns do not allow cars or motorcycles in after certain hours. However, this motel is located right on Old Town, so cars can drop you off and pick you up just he half block away.

The hotel has a great atmosphere with traditional hoi an touches everywhere inside the hotel, the bridge above the pool makes it perfect. The room is clean and spacious with vista of the beautiful street. It is in front of river and town center, making it easy to access main attractions. Staff are helpful and friendly. They also have bikes available which i enjoyed spotting bikes around hoifang in the morning. I definitely made my stay at hoy an enjoyable.

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was really central to everything. The night markets are 2 minutes from the front door and there are many bars and restaurants around. Our room was huge and opened up to the pool. Bath was sunken and huge. If you want to go to beach it is a 10 minute grab and costs about $7. On our last day we had to leave early (flight at 8.30) and without asking the hotel had arranged 'to go breakfast for us. Coffees, eggs, fruits and toast. A big thank you to all the staff at the reception who couldnt be more helpful. One thing to note, unless you book if you have to book through the hotels shuttle service (we used grab from da Nang airport coming to this hotel), they will drop you over the vehicle bridge and then you must walk about 100 meters to get to your front entrance. I didnt realize that all cars are not allowed on that side of the island.

The hotel is located on the riverside in hanoi, close to the night markets. We had a few issues. First, even though we booked i booked big car with 5 people and 3 rooms and rang them just before our flight, they still only sent me troughout the airport. It took about 35 minutes to get securing he second car for us. The toilet is also in the shower, and there is no door in this bathroom area, so it is difficult for guests to use the bathroom. Air conditioning was also very noisy, but that could have been ok as it gave us white noise to cover anything else. On the plus side, its close proximity to night market, old town, restaurants, hotels, breakfast is decent, rooms are spacious, comfortable beds and pillows. Staff is nice and helpful. Small pool, yet it stays cool in center of the building. Pool bar is not functional and drinks are not available. However, you can buy cheap beers almost across the street and bring them back.

Kamarnya agak usang, mungkin saat yang tepat untuk renovasi. Pencahayaan dan presentasi tidak memadai. Pemandian panjang pulau bagus tapi tidak praktis, seluruh lantai toilet basah setelah mandi. Satu-satunya kelebihan adalah lokasinya yang sangat bagus. Terletak tepat di sebelah pasar malam dan titik persimpangan (jembatan) tempat para wisatawan bertemu. Pemandangan luar biasa di malam hari ketika sampan atau perahu dilengkapi dengan lentera menyala. Banyak wisatawan yang naik perahu dan melepaskan lampion di sungai. Naik perahu sekitar 15 menit. Sekedar berbagi, jika Anda bepergian dengan sepeda motor ke hotel, sebaiknya masuk dari belakang, lihat foto. Karena bagian depan hotel (menghadap ke sungai) tidak dapat diakses dengan mobil, hanya pejalan kaki dan sepeda atau sepeda. Alamat sisi belakang adalah 18 La Hoi, Hoi An.

I cant express my gratitude for this location enough. Cant say enough good things about this place. I cannot suggest this establishment enough, disregard the negative reviews because they all appear to be outdated. Before arriving in hoi an, i was unfortunately injured in a motorcycle accident, and ive got crutches. The staff here has been incredibly helpful and has gone above and beyond to assist me. Because it keeps me close to the historic town while still permitting taxis to drop me off at the back door (there are no cars in the ancient town), the hotels central position has also been fantastic. During my stay, minh at reception was genuinely kind and helpful, as was the security guards who frequently carried me up the steps.
