As per the law, a foreigner cannot share a room with a citizen of Vietnam without a certificate of marriage as a proof. The property may reject the booking or request that a second room be booked upon failure to do so.
Children 5 – 11 years old will be charged additional fee at VND 350,000 when sharing bed with parents (rate are subject to 5% service charge & Vat according to Vietnamese regulation). Children 12 years and over are considered as adults.
